I am totally impressed. As a mother of two boys I have been taking them to Cuts and Tans for years simply because it was easy and next to a yogurt shop. I switched to Erik and was floored with how much time they gave to each of my young boys’ hair cuts and how great they both looked. Erik and the other gentleman both gave great cuts and were respectful to myself and my young boys. I will definitely be bringing them back.

This is what a barbershop should be. It’s a great place to hang out as you wait your turn with amenities like a big screen lcd TV and even an old school pong game. Great reading material (all age appropriate) and a clean, well styled (no pun intended) interior.
The greatest feature though is Erik. He is a great barber who takes his time to give everyone a fantastic cut with all the extras that make going to a barber tons better than going to one of the mall type «haircutters».
Take the time to visit Erik’s Barber Shop… you will be glad you did.

Hours: Tues — Fri, 8:30am — 5:30pm Saturday 8:00−3:00

Not good. While Eric can give a great cut and has done some very good flat tops in the past, I can’t say the same for the help… twice i’ve had someone other than Erik cut my hair and twice it turned out like cr@p. Today my hair is un evan and lopsided… I called and asked for my $ 20 back, Erik said no… Disappointing at best.

If you want a haircut that’ll talk it’s way through the interview, go to Eric. This guy takes some sheers, scissors and a straight razor to you when you walk in, looking like a bum and you walk out looking like a million bucks. Tell him what you want and it happens. It’s that easy. He even gives you some time to think about what kind of haircut you want before you jump into the hot seat.

I Started going to Jim’s Barbershop 10 years ago and still go there today. Eric has made some nice upgrades as the new owner (TV, Décor, 49ers posters) and he gives a great haircut. You may have to wait a while to get a cut but it is well worth the wait, they always remember your hair style and finish the cut up with a nice straight razor shave of the neck. This is the best place to get an old style barbershop haircut.
