Lovers of bacon you must try this brand. Duskie Estes/​John Stewart of Zazu/​Bovolo restaurants went as far as artisanally creating their own meat products. I recommend having the bacon for breakfast or the charcuterie over at bovolo.
The bacon: dry curing with brown sugar makes for a fantastic taste as it balances the salt and smoke. Asides from the meat products they also have wine which I’ve not yet tried, but it’s definitely on my to do list…
