I laughed out loud when passIng in front that there was a small clearance rack at the entry door with 2 dozen items priced at «massive discount» of $ 150 each.
Walked in with my wife and her 2 gal pals. They were eyeing a conservative cut plain camel colored well made wool coat. Price: $ 2,750.
My wife & I buy our clothes at Macy’s. This place is way outt’a our league.

While I rarely buy anything, I always enjoy perusing the store and I always feel welcome. The selection of gently used designer items is always interesting, too. Great shoes!

Always an excellent collection of items for men.
Courteous to a fault and ready to advise me on the correct outfit to wear for every occasion. As my wife says «go to Susan’s and have them put you in the right clothes» !!

I went in this store and found something I liked but had a question. There was only one sales person helping someone else and she seemed to not be able to take her eyes off this customer (who I assume was going to spend lots of $$$) After waiting around a while, I left. I then came back an hour later and the same sales person, who I found out is the manager, wouldn’t even give me a moment of eye contact. I find them snooty and this place gives me a bad vibe.

This is an exceptional shopping experience. Beatifully selected women’s clothes, handbags, shoes and accessories. Men’s jackets, slacks, jeans, sweaters snd shoes. The salespeople are highly experienced and friendly. They can put you together with an entire look that lasts for years. These are investment pieces you never regret or fail to wear. Cannot recommend highly enough. There is no other place like it.

Went in on the recommendation of a friend, ready and eager to shop. First thing the salesperson greets me with is «We have bigger sizes in the back». What? No hello, good afternoon, etc. Okay, most of what was on the racks is in the size 4 range (I’m a 10, and not used to being treated so rudely.) I’m proud of my size (and can’t change it), and will NEVER go in this shop again. Hope their staff get’s better training in the future. Suggestion for the sales clerk: «If you can’t find the size you’re looking for, we have more stock in the back room»…or something to that effect.

When it comes to shopping in Healdsburg and being a resident there are only so many stores that you can run into and grab the perfect item for a night out, a day at a winery, or just for having company over. Reading these previous reviews highly disappoints me. Every visit I’ve made to Susan Graf LTD I have nothing but great service and have walked out with gorgeous items. The lady that helped me in the store on my most recent visit was so kind, willing to help and was friendly. She established good rapport and even offered to order something for me that they did not have in stock. While I was in there owner Susan was there as well. It was nice to see her tending to her store and stocking items. She’s a very friendly person and gave a warm welcome to her store.
I am not sure if she had a previously terrible sales associate working there before, but I would never say that you need to be white or have style to go in there (I mean the woman has styled Oprah!) and I have made trips there in my running clothes and never had a problem.
Overall this is a classic, chic, and lovely store. She carries the best clothes in town and I am so happy to have this store in my backyard!

I’ve always loved browsing in this lovely little store. The prices, however, have kept my wallet in my purse. Today I visited the store with one goal in mind: to look at their selection of sandals.
Two wonderful saleswomen were attentive and helpful. They seemed interested in my quest for a pair of shoes for a special occasion and were more than helpful with advice. Neither was pushy or snobby, as you often find in upscale establishments.
I walked out with two pair of shoes feelings that the prices were fair and the employees friendly and helpful. I’ll be back!

I could not disagree more with the previous review. Susan and her staff have never been anything but gracious. They have great inventory and an even better eye for what looks good on their customers.

Bought a shirt and purse. wanted to buy a color they were out of in my side of the same shirt. They said the colors vary on reorders so I went to the website for the shirt company. Price difference of the same exact shirt I purchased for $ 120.00 online price was 75 $ (not a sale price) with no shipping charge. I bought 3. Never been to a store with such over inflated prices. Buyer Beware.

Same here, they are in no hurry to sell anything. A warmer acknowledgement would have them selling something (maybe) or maybe a repeat visit with friends (possible sales!) but they do not make much of an attempt. Their stuff is gorgeous, classic, and chic, for those that can fork it out, oh well …

Went to this store two weeks ago with my mother in law and I were treated horribly. Don’t even bother coming in here unless you are white and/​or well dressed. I am hispanic and went in with my Chanel purse and that wasn’t enough for the snobs in there. My MIL saw a beautiful sweater for $ 4K and wondered what a similiar style was priced for since it was obvious that they didn’t even bother to get the jacket out of its shipping bag and price it. We went up to the counter and asked for a price and she replied «its very expensive, thousands of dollars». My MIL and I were not rude to them and did not reply the way we should have. Instead we decided to take the high road and just say «thats okay, what is the price though?» and then the cashier replied «we’ll have to look it up for you». Which she never did. She just ignored us and didn’t help us. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity, save your money and go some place else.
