Best therapy place I have been to in all my life and I have been to many!!! As I have many injured body parts. Therapist Marcy is extremely knowledgeable with great hands and funny to pull you through some painful moments. Receptionist goes out of her way to call if there is a cancellation to squeeze you in. Prices are very customary compared to other places. Would highly recommend it to people who care about results!!! They never keep you waiting.

Zero if Unilocal has it. Customer service is very poor, including their billing department. I keep getting passed on and things are not resolved for a long time.
Their phone service is also very poor that I personally came in person to settle the bills I received from them last year.
Debra who’s managing the front desk made me wait while she was around the corner, which I thought there was no one in the front from their department. She wasn’t a bit courteous and she gave me a wrong number of their manager, Jun Kim. I had to go back to get it right from their next door office worker.
Until now, my bill is unsettled.

I was 10 minutes late, only because i followed the front desk nurse and she went to the wrong place in the hospital. When i get there they say we give 15 minutes but we already moved on to the next person… Why if i’m less than 15 minutes? Ok so if they took my spot, shouldn’t i be able to wait for next one. I waited 3 weeks already just to get in there. Nope come tomorrow. Soo mad i want to give them zero stars but not an option.
