The sales pitch and installation process for my louvered patio cover went well, but when the motor for the louvers broke after 1.5 years, the support was non-​existent even though the motor had a 5 year warranty. I had to take the motor down, mail it to the manufacturer, and reinstall it myself without any assistance from Tru-​Value Builders despite repeated phone calls. So unless you want to be responsible for fixing anything that goes wrong, I would recommend finding another supplier.
