Pizza Hut

Order online for pizza and thought orders would be ready and end up waiting 45 minutes to pick up my pizza. Very bad service, eliminate your damn online order if you cant get your shit together. Employees seems confused as hell. Always order at PapaJohn, big mistakes coming to this place.

I love Pizza Hut, but this is the second time they have messed up my order. I asked for stuffed cheese and got garlic bread? I don’t see how to confuse those two together? The first time I let it slide but not again. I ate it because I was hungry I won’t throw away food. I’m a bit anxious to order again.

Does Pizza Hut is terrible they are never open for delivery and when they are they don’t cook their pizzas all the way through so you have to put them in the oven again when you get them to your house

Sameer the general manager had the nerve to get loud and tell me he did not want to deal with a customer because they were out of his delivery area. I am beyond disrespected the at unprofessionalism of this establishment.
Pure disgust.

Don’t do it!!! I should have listened to the other reviews but I tried to give them a chance. Pizza Hut use to be Americas favorite pizza !! There was no sauce n no damn cheese on my large !! Wtf Don’t waste your time folks!! pay extra n go to Round Table, clearly the last honest pizza !! One star only cus I had to

Do Not Order from here!!! The service is horrible and the pizza would have been mediocre at best… To top off the worst pizza order in my entire life and after waiting nearly 3hrs I still have no pizza and no confirmation of a refund… I trusted the Pizza Hut brand but I have completely lost respect for this franchise and will have to settle for Dominoes and the others. I will also be spreading the word to all my customers, families and friends that they should look elsewhere for their pizza satisfaction!!!
If I could give zero stars I would… I try not to be mad at the employees but it’s so hard when they don’t know what the hell they are talking about… Pedro tried to get a resolve and make sure I got my pizza with a deal but after asking me to pay twice i lost it and the store manager Deanna was so lost and confused it was extremely epic… I don’t expect to see my refund for the pizza I will never receive but I do expect them to actually train Deanna to do her job, she has potential but without proper training she will continue to fail… Not one mf’n soul could tell me how and why my order was actually cancelled/​voided… severely unacceptable… Not to mention I was hungry so I was laughing at their failure of an explanation … 3hrs!!! I am beyond pissed… I hope my Monday doesn’t reflect this sad interaction with this failing Pizza Hut!

Ive ordered from here twice. Both times it took an hour and the pizza tasted soooo nasty. It was like old stale pizza ! Never again

***UPDATE. Called back to ask for an update. since they told us «5 minutes» 30 MINUTES AGO… and if anything we don’t want the food anymore, just a refund so we can go somewhere else… SHE, ALEXIS, HUNG UP AGAIN!!! Tried calling her back… this time. no one picked up. So the total wait time was 2 hours. my pizza is cold now… thank you. just to deal with rude workers. DON’T BOTHER WITH YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE.
Why is it every time I order pizza in Hayward (Dominos, Pizza Hut, Mountain Mikes), I have to wait around a 2 hour wait time to get my pizza. The funny thing, i don’t live that far (maybe 2 – 3 miles away). I finished placing an order FOR ONE PIZZA + bread sticks at 7:19pm. I called the location at 8:19pm asking if my food would almost be here. The girl, Alexis, told me it will be there around 8:39pm. I was confused of how she came up with that time but she hung up before I could say anything. Then i called back at 8:40 asking if we can get an update, she told me the pizza guy JUST LEFT. WHATTTTT? She said maybe another 5 minutes. It’s now 8:50pm. I’m hungry and I just want my food. Other Pizza Huts that I ordered from in San Jose take a TOTAL OF 30 minutes for them to make the pizza and have it delivered to me.
Please, stay away from having your pizza delivered in Hayward. It’s better if you go pick it up yourself.

Wana really talk about customer service? This place has none of that and that’s short of words of what this location provides of service. I place an order the phone and I arrive 30 mins later to find out they never took my order and they still have the nerve to argue with me instead of providing great customer sevice. I finally place the order and wait another 45 mins to receive my pizza. When I attempt to pay they are looking around for a pen for 5 mins in order for me to sign the receipt! No organization what so ever. Last time I ever come here.

This place is a-​ok with me.
I’ve done 5 online orders so far and they haven’t made a mistake. I always ask for one pizza to have extra sauce and it seems like a pretty good amount of sauce. I’d prefer a little more but this is basically a fast food place.
I always get one of two delivery drivers and they are both really polite.
One time I did get the dreaded 2+ hour delivery estimate, but at least they are telling you up front and you can always cancel if that isn’t going to work for you. Two other times I got my order in about 35 minutes, and two other times it took about an hour. Each time the delivery estimate was pretty accurate.
I’ll keep ordering from here when I want some cheap greasy pizza and I don’t feel like going anywhere.

This is the last time I will order on this place. They messed up my last two orders, I am a regular customer here for a while now, ordering every two weeks, $ 20 — $ 30 each. I don’t really like doing reviews but this time it really pissed me off. 1. how can you forget the dipping sauce on the chocolate dunkers? seriously? 2. how can you put a different sauce on the second time around on the same chocolate dunkers? 3. now today your delivery guy just went mad because I didn’t put a tip? seriously? do you even think I would give a tip after my messed up orders. We are being charged already for delivery, if you want a fucking tip do your fucking job properly. I work customer service also, everyday different people, I do my job properly and I don’t expect for a tip. And you guys want to be paid more when you cant even do your fucking simple job? You just lost a regular customer!

I rarely write reviews, but this is just extremely disappointing. I ordered a pizza at 9pm and its 10:54pm and not here? My family was was so supset we called and canceled the order, we were quoted an hour and a half and it 2 hours went by for one pizza. Unbelievable.

This restaurant is dead already, nasty food, not even related to Pizza Hut that we all know, stay away and run for your life!

Service is always great! Tip: you probably want to order online instead of calling in to take advantage of the promos.

Don’t Waste Your time. 2 ½ hours of wait time for delivery. Ridiculous! Placed an online order at 4:12 and didn’t receive my pizza until 6:21.

will never ever order here again!!! planning on call the health department on this place… ewwww found magget eggs on top of my pizza and when I told the manger the issue he try to tell me it was bacon… if I was anyone I wouldn’t go here and if u do choose this place BE VERY CAREFUL AND CHECK YOUR SLICE B4 U EAT IT

Honestly, I’ve never had a bad experience until today. I love their white sauce pizzas and when I don’t drive out to Blaze this is where I go. However, today I was told that the pizza would be done in 15 minutes or at 2:00pm. I arrived 20 minutes later and the pizza was still not ready. Everyone seemed upset that either they were working or were hating their Monday. Got ignored and the manager helped me and seemed to have her panties in a bunch. I told her she could keep the change and didn’t even say anything about it… doesn’t make you want to leave tips when they go unnoticed. Anyways still waiting…

An hour and 50 minutes for 2 pizzas. unbelievable and unacceptable. We were quoted an hour and 20. When they didn’t show up after an hour and a half I called and was told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes because they were still putting our order together??? They either need to stop offering delivery or hire more people. This is completely ridiculous

I’ve ordered here twice and from online. It was easy and fast to order and my food always arrived when it said it would.
My pizza the first time had semi — burnt crust but because I ONLY order cheese crust it wasn’t a big deal. My pasta was great and the cheese bread was okay.
My second time was perfect. Everything I asked for and delicious crust. I ordered the desert pizza and omg… amazing.
I had the same delivery guy for both and he was really nice. My order always came within the hour it took and came hot.
I only gave 3 stars because it wasn’t the best I’ve had from Pizza Hut but the he delivery time was on point and the second time I ordered was good.

I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut for 6 years. In the last 2 years, the service has gotten increasingly bad. Today, I ordered a pizza and some wings at 3:22. Finally got the delivery at 5:10. The only thing they got right was the pizza. The wings were cold, and the wrong kind. I ordered bleu cheese, got ranch. No cheese, no pepper and the cookie «dessert» isn’t cooked all the way through.
I’ve always been a pizza hut girl over dominos, but I think I’ll be changing my tune.
