Michelle’s Nails

This is the only salon I’ll ever go to get my nails done. Michelle has been my manicurist for over 10 years! She’s the sweetest lady ever. Not only is her work of grand quality, she has a nice selection of colors to pick from. From doing nails to waxing, she is extremely fast. I can’t tell you how amazed I am to find someone that works this quick while still doing an excellent job.
A little advice from me is to just ignore these nasty posts on here. Michelle has a ton of clientele for a reason. Just come in and give her try. I’m sure you’ll love her just as much as I do! I give this place a solid 5 stars.

This was my second time here; first time was Ok, but not great. Went back to give them a second chance. Not only was there no attention to detail paid; I had to ask several times for her (Michelle) to fix things, such as the fact that there were still some whites of my nails showing; she made an attempt to fix, and instead of it looking better, there were lines on the top of my nail, totally not blended in. The clientele that were in there were loud and obnoxious (I realize this wasn’t there fault, but it just added to my awful experience); not only that but the doorbell was ringing constantly whenever someone stood to close to the door. This was the most unrelaxing experience at a nail salon. After less than 24 hours of having my gel manicure, they are already peeling badly! Won’t be back.

This review is for the waxing. I walked in and it looked like no one was available; however, one of the women sitting in a chair with her hair processing and her feet getting done politely asked, «How can I help you?» I let her know I wanted to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed and she directed me to the back room. She washed her hands and set up the wax.
I laid down and we did the usual small talk that you do when getting your brows waxed and before I knew it, it was over. It was extremely fast, nearly painless, and did I mention my brows look fab?! Can’t wait to come back!

Michelle is a very kind lady. I’ve been here a handful of times and twice for my eyebrows.…The thing I dislike is the little disposable scrubber they use to scrub ur feet. If she used the real ones I would like this place a little more another reason I haven’t been back is I found another place that does a little more for almost the same price.

I went here while waiting for My Truck that was next door getting an alarm installed. I was in bad need of a pedicure as it has been an obscenely long time since the last time I got one done.
The place was empty when I got there, The Lady who runs the place was really nice and did a really good job on My feet. We chatted while she worked and then she let me sit and wait inside, didn’t try to rush me out the door.
I like that.
I’ll come back here again.

Took my significant other here to get her hands and feet done for the nights festivity. Walk in the door and was greeted right away by the young girl while the other lady work on another guest. We only had to waited a couple of minute before my significant other was lead to the massage seat to soak her feet. It was very quick and the price was decent and the quote we got was what we paid and she even got a free design on 2 of her finger nails.

My review should have been made a year and a half ago, it would have saved you this grief!
I had started to go to Michelle’s but found that every single time I went I would have at least 1 nail fall off within a week of getting them done.
She had another young woman working in the shop with her and she (Michelle) was so jealous of anyone else having a customer she intimidated them!!, to the point they were too nervous to do your nails right.
After a few months I stopped going to her. She should not be in busines for herself, she does not know the first thing about the way customers should be treatd. People should complain and have her license stripped from her.
@ Vanessa J. … As far as her taking your keys, you should have called the police and had her arrested for stealing your personal property. Had it been me, she would have been picking herself up off the floor for pulling such a stunt. I DO NOT take that kind of treatment from anyone.
I hope anyone else who reads these reviews will pay attention and DO NOT go to this shop, you will be sorry.
I would NOT reccommend this place to an enemy, let alone a friend.
