Masjid Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq

This Masjid is located in Hayward about a 30 minute drive from Oakland. It is currently the temporary location of the Taleef Collective and is simply beautiful. The Islamic architecture and tile work is MashaAllah.
The prayer area has no barriers between for men and women so everyone simply prays in the manner of the time of Nabi (pbuh). The bathrooms are clean and neat.
The shoe racks are large and logically placed near the door of the masjid. so you can’t miss them and wonder. hmm. where should I put my shoes?
There are upper levels to the masjid and a kitchen as well. that I wasn’t able to explore as I was there for the Taleef class.
The parking lot is huge. and well designed with plenty of rose bushes that provide beauty– in an otherwise desolate parking lot.
I haven’t been to the masjid for Jummah. but inshaAllah I will one day soon.
I recommend this masjid as a place to check out as everyone was very welcoming to the Taleef class.
