Jerrys Appliance Used Appliance and Repair

Called them about an issue with the washing machine they sold us (would not go past agitate in wash or rinse cycle). They sent a repairman out and he says its «this part» (don’t remember part name) and he replaces it… machine makes noise when he tests it. I tell him that when we first got the machine it was making a slight thunking noise and when I called the shop the guy that answered said «It’s ok don’t worry about the noise the machine is fine» .Repair guy says it’s the balances on bottom, one is cracked «I got those back at the shop. Be right back with correct part». Comes back installs part tests it again still making noise…“ah a missing spring… have you seen a spring? It may have come off during delivery?” Nope i haven’t seen one. «No problem got that part at shop be right back again». Comes back installs part and machine runs beautifully and silently. I run a load of kitchen towels (medium load) and go out to check on it… my garage is flooded from machine to back wall… Oh crap he was just here! Call shop back, they send the same repair guy out with in an hour. Come to find out the back hose from washer out to wall (draining) was loose at the washer connection. Repair guy tightened up the hose connection, mopped up as much water as he could (did a great job) and made sure there were no other problems then thanked me for purchasing our washer from them.

I needed some appliance assistance the other day and stopped by Jerry’s. I’m glad I did. Jerry was very helpful and I would recommend to any one in need of assistance with appliances.

bought a fridge from this company. came and the seal was not good. after dealing with it for over a month, we had another appliance person look at it. The door was bent. Scheduled a technician to come back out to see the fridge. They stood us up. I have been trying to reach them for 2 days now and nobody picks up the phone or returns messages. Food does not stay cold.
