They were just so accommodating. We were an hour late because we have a newborn, and that’s just what my life is right now and the staff were so accommodating. They stayed a hour later and even gave us all the discounts she could muster up. Additionally the photos were amazing!

For the price, it is not worth it, just get a private photographer for the same price or some even cheaper that take better photos and actually make sure you get the ones you like, it seems as if they are hiring people who just work or apply for the department store that have no idea how to work a camera let alone catch perfect photos, my wants were ignored because they were searching for the «perfect pose» and i have numerous pictures taken with my babies pacifier in his mouth, i guess she got tired of putting it in and out, total waste and ive lost 200 $ to be unpleased… im a very easy person to please and talk to so for me to leave a bad review is very rare and shows how bad this place must be…

Our photographers name was Chelsea. She had a very friendly personality and took great baby photos of my son and family pictures. I was a little nervous about the professional look of them before going, but Chelsea coached and positioned us very well, so they look great. After we pick up our pictures I’ll make sure to add pictures to this post!

Our photographer was great, the wait sucked my stepmom got into it with the manager because we had an appoitment @ 1:20pm but werent seen until almost 3pm. Friendly advice if youre going to be running late on appoitments PLEASE call us to let us know so we are prepared. We understand during the holidays it gets busy but we’d appreciate that instead of being told to sit for an hour. Eh we’d go back again!

Shane was our photographer and he was excellent. We had a Groupon deal for our family photos. Shane was great entertaining our 15 month old daughter and a 4 year old son while we took pictures. We had a 4:40pm appointment and the place closed at 5pm, but we didn’t feel rushed or hurried at all. Shane did a great job and is an wonderful asset to the team there. You could tell Shane loves his job and has great customer service skills. Shane has great energy and a real positive attitude.
