Hot Dog on a Stick

I never realized there were other food here. The chicken tenders are delicious! Sucks they don’t have ranch or honey mustard as dipping sauce. The fries are yummy but I think it should be priced at $ 1 or $ 1.50 if anything haha but the funnel sticks are so good and only a $ 1.50 I will be coming to grab lunch here in the future during work!

Hot Dog on a Stick has been my light giving wonder since i was a wee little lass to now… 34 going on 35. Ever since forever, I’d eat these simple simple simple pleasures, that ALWAYS, came out piping hot… after they’ve been sizzled sizzled sizzled in hot hot hot boiling oil.
When I ate lots of meat as a kid, always, hot dog on a stick was my go to guilty pleasure, with their FABULOUS FRESH lemonade. Usually a young adult girl with her get up suit, that makes me think of a Willy Wonka movie bit, would be pushing and grinding lemons, and crushed ice, within a plastic white bin. It looked like quite the work out, because the chosen lemonade squisher of that day, always took a mini breather, break or two, between full bodied force of SQUEEZES to… ‘dude, i need a break!‘
NOW, I’m the CHEESE ON THE STICK chooser. American Cheese and Jalapeño Jack Cheese PLEASE. NOW. PRONTO. ON THE DOUBLE, WITH THOSE DOUBLE DUO CHEESES! Oh my holy mole, is there also guacamole? It’s okay, i’ll bring my own! Ketchup and Mustard is just great. Hey why not some relish and mayo… or the good type of mayo from a health food store! But wth, if you’re going to be a bad ass today, just add the regular mayo!
Yup, cheese. I need my daily dose of cheese. It’s like a oiled deep fried grilled cheese sandwich on a stick! NO OILY FINGERS! So, i can skip a doo darling, with 2 cheese sticks in hand. :P

American Cheese corndog is sooooo good as well as the pepper jack cheese corndog! ⁵⁄₅
The funnel sticks are really good too! It tastes like funnel cake (obviously) in fries form! ⁵⁄₅
Their lemonade is always refreshing and good too
The workers are always so nice at this location (most locations I’ve been to)

I have been to other Hot Dogs on a Stick, but this one is the best one so far. The staff was very courteous and efficient in taking orders. As I was taking out payment, she was already putting my corn dog in the fryer. Normally I wait at least 7 – 10 minutes for my food to be ready. However, this location had it done in about 3 – 5 minutes since she started my order at the time I placed it. Will I be back again? Absolutely. Considering I’ve been avoiding the food court there because I don’t really care much for the rest of the restaurants, I’m excited to have a place to go to if I get hungry wandering the mall!

This kiosk has been around for years.
I’m not surprised that it’s so popular.

I ordered from here on Saturday.
My cashier/​server was cute and friendly (when my order was ready, she called my name out even though I was the only customer around at the time– I lightly laughed to myself, partly because I was standing right in front of her).
Anyway, I received great service. I understand why the kiosk boasts one of these stickers:

It wasn’t an issue (there was never a long line while I was around), but I didn’t see any other cashier/​servers.

My order was ready in about 3 minutes, and I received some mayo for my Hot Dog in a Bun (I asked for some, but pepper isn’t available here).
A family of 6 came around (a woman and 5 kids). One of the little girls asked me a bunch of questions. She even asked about my son and his stroller (she also asked about his plush Snoopy). She was enticed by my food and bugged her mom for a drink after seeing my lemonade. She was cute, but a big pest (my wife was ordering from another kiosk at the time, and I soon left with my son to join her).

The family of 6 asked for some (I don’t know exactly what they were given, but small cups were used).

A small boy was sitting at one of the tables.
I was tempted to take him out, but I wisely kept my son in his stroller (Joshua, um, kind of likes to throw chairs around).
You can find napkins, ketchup, mustard, and Fry Seasoning at the counter (I didn’t notice the napkins at first, and so I had to come back to grab some).
I haven’t tried it here, but I’m a fan of the chain’s Fresh Squeezed Lemonade.

I enjoyed my original lemonade. It was so «smooth,» though, that a Large was like nothing (it’s really not worth buying a Regular).
I forgot that a lemon slice is included with each drink. I could have done without mine (I basically view them as taking up space).

Cheese on a Stick: $ 3.
Hot Dog in a Bun: $ 3.65.

I love Nathan’s hot dogs, and so I’m going to order one next time.

My hot dog was delicious, but it was wrinkled and small. I was a bit disappointed in that regard ($ 3.65 is too much).

I was given a combo price (my total was $ 8.71 for a Hot Dog in a Bun, an order of French Fries, and a Large Fresh Squeezed Lemonade).
Hot Dog on a Stick: $ 3.11.

Again, Nathan’s Famous all beef hot dogs are new to the menu.
In the past, I rarely ordered a Hot Dog on a Stick because I’m not a big fan of turkey hot dogs.

I shared some fries with my family, and we were all pleased.
The fries were nice and hot. They were also delicious.
I do recommend, though, adding some Fry Seasoning.
By the way, I only had to wait about 2 minutes for my fries.
I had a good experience here, and will surely return.

I love this place! Great food, colorful uniforms, and awesome customer service! Every time I go here I always have a good experience. There is a girl that works there, Maria, and a guy named, Victor they are both great!

Nice place to get a quality corn dog. I’ve been here a couple times. Both times the staff were awesome.
The first time they blew up my corn dog and gave me a coupon for a free menu item next visit for making me wait 3 min longer. Awesome :)

I love getting their lemonades here! It is refreshing for a hot day. It costs around $ 3.11 for a regular lemonade, and you can also get extra flavors like cherry, lime, and now blue raspberry!
I always really liked their color scheme of red, blue, and yellow! It always made me super happy :)

Who doesn’t love corn dogs? I’m giving it a good rating because, a couple of months ago, the sweet gal working there was very patient when my mom kept changing her mind about whether to get the pink-​colored lemonade or the regular-​colored lemonade. She (the gal) even allowed us to exchange the drink for free (by pouring the large size drink down the drain). Minus a star, though, for it being in Southland. ;)

I love hot dog on a stick! Corn dogs are great especially on $ 1 tuesdays, I also like the pepperjack cheese stick & lemonade. Regular prices have gone up a bit but the people that work there are still very nice.

i love this place… if i want to spoil myself before i head home after work i head here. i’ll get either the veggie dog or the regular one. and than the funnel cake sticks with both the raspberry and chocolate syrup. and a large lemonade. rebecca n. and nikki. o. are the best. they always no what the like both syrups on the funnel cakes. and they have that natural sweetness not the fakeness you see at some places.

I would always order the pepper jack cheese and the cherry lemonade!
The prices have gone up a little, but it’s still worth it to me.
The people who work here are always nice and generous!

Oh how I love the cheese sticks and lemonade! I like it when the girls jump up and down making lemonade. I like how they have to wear those striped uniforms. Their foods is always fresh since they dont make it till u order it.

So. I don’t normally come here, but my cousin wanted some water, and Hate asking for something without giving something in return. So, I bought some fries. It was pretty busy, at that particular moment, but she was pretty efficient. Fries were good, hot, and I like that you can add your own salt if you need too. I still prefer McDonald’s fries any day, but they did okay!

I think perhaps my zest for life is waning because what i saw yesterday was the ultimate in mall porn… the dog on a stick chicks were making 2, yes, not 1, but 2 tubs o lemony ade buckets .They were pumping faster than a San Francisco ARCO, sorry, i’m sick right now thats the best i could come up with. Anyway, no reaction from me either i’m maturing or i am in serious need of a new hobby.

For some reason, this place has the cutest girls working here in the whole mall. Maybe it’s the outifts and those hysterical hats haha but this place is one of the few reasons I would even go to Southland. I’ve never been a big fan of that mall but if I’m not in the Macy’s, then I’m stopping by the food court for some good old handjob *I mean «squeezed» lemonade.
