The lady how to complete you have to be there by 12 hours. And guess what I work for my job from 114 hours and if you don’t want to work there talk to your boss about it. And if you don’t need money just go home. Very rude service and never will come back again !

Prices are average and clothes are done when they say they will be.
But their quality and customer service is lacking. Staff is always rude and rather lazy. Never get a smile from them and hardly any positive response.
I had a polyester top with an oil stain, forewarned them about it but after charging me full price they «couldn’t» get it out. Looked it up online… baking soda did the trick but yet they couldn’t figure it out?
Called in this Saturday asking about hrs. Was told they were opened until 5pm but lunch was 2−230pm. Said I would be in by 150pm for pick up. They said okay, they would be there… came at 152pm and doors were locked. Called in and women was in there, could see her and she refused to let me pick up my items. Told her how I was told this time was okay but she did not care and blamed her coworker saying she allowed to go early and I had to wait until 230pm. Not the end of the world but a big fuck you and the final straw.
Other places nearby have the same prices with better quality!

I love Dollar Cleaners. Their prices are super cheap and their service is incredible. Their turn around is always quick and they will get clothes to you faster if you need. My clothes are always returned to me cleaned and pressed, it’s like getting brand new clothes! I would highly recommend them.

I have been using Dollar Cleaners for the last 25 years. Never had an issue with cleaning or service. Great prices, even better service. I highly recommend them. Melanie has been in the business for over 25 years and when it come to dry cleaning she knows it all and always is happy to assist with any questions. If she tells you something about the cleaning process believe me she is spot on…

I get all my family’s clothes dry-​cleaned here! The prices are better than most (especially if you use their coupons) and the service has been excellent. I read down through several other Unilocal reviews and I have to take issue with Nicky P.‘s comments about Melanie, the customer service representative at this location. I have found Melanie to be always cordial, pleasant, and attentive to details. Every time I have asked for special work to be done on a particular garment it has been done to my satisfaction the first time. Go for it!

A very affordable place that can get your clothes cleaned and pressed in just two days. Bring at least 15 – 20 shirts every two weeks or so and never had a single problem. Got my pants hemmed and washed — still in great condition. Customer service is excellent — very friendly and easy to talk to. The prepay portion does not bother me — most other places are at least twice the cost.

Great Customer Service. Decent turn around time. I used to pay 5x for the same exact results. I bring my suits and dress shirts here all the time!

Took my ties from work here to get them cleaned up. Lady in the front counter was nice and friendly. The reason for the bad ratings is because all I noticed they did was press on the ties to make it seem they were cleaned, other than that they still were stained. Will try another place next time. I agree with Joe S. you get what you pay for.

«No frillz» cleaner, «no frillz» customer service but they did a good job for pennies on the dollar ($ 2.50 per garment). Dry cleaning not done on site to keep costs low which is smart but don’t expect any «same day» service. I probably wouldn’t bring my ridiculously expensive suits here but it’ll do the job for my H&M/I.N.C. grade attire. You know what they say, «you get what you pay for!» so be cautious. Oh btw, you prepay instead of post-​pay for their service. Happy cleanings!
