Fucking horrible our waitress was being so rude we asked nicely if we can have jam and more coffee and she never came back she didn’t even bring use our bread and hot sauce but 5 minutes later I saw her giving another customer hot sauce

Not once were we asked by our waitress if we needed anything — if we were ok, etc. She just never came back to check up on us after dropping of our food, which sucked for me because I needed a napkin! And then, the manager Lou, I believe that was his name, and African American man was appeared to be somewhere else mentally. When speaking to him, he was rude and with no customer skills at all.

Just your typical Denny’s. You can always count on the food being average, but there’s something to be said for that. Service was pretty quick.

AVOID IF YOU CAN! After being seated, we waited about thirty minutes before we finally got tired of waiting for our server to even come and get our drink orders. The total wait time between sitting down and receiving food was about 45 minutes and the food was made wrong ! And it was gross. The cheese wasn’t melted completely on our nachos or cheese fries. Even the server noticed that the meals were wrong and she didn’t offer to get a new one made or take it off the bill. Terrible service, terrible food. Should’ve went to McDonald’s next door instead.

Once upon a Midnight Dreary, I found this place upon a query. It had certain a charm and finesse… and everything good was addressed.
The service was not horrid or mundane, it was rather eloquent and the restaurant… well maintained.
And the entrées brought forth were quite delighful, and everything else was just a sight full.
Though the hospitality was cheerful and festive everyone was mobile and restless.

The service was horrible and so slow to seat you and tend you OK food they need to get a whole new staff cause some of these servers aren’t cutting it it’s just not the same like it use to be everything just went downhill we’ve gotten to the point where we left cause we weren’t even get tended a lot of things to change and go back to the way it use to be

This Dennys sucks ass! Last time I came here, my steak was cold. The experience was definitely ruined especially since I ordered my steak medium rare. I still ate it though cause I don’t like wasting food and I don’t like being that one customer. I guess it’s what I get for going there drunk the time before and throwing up on a table and all over their floors. Aside from that, I also had an experience where they undercharged me by entering the wrong menu item. Now, I wasnt complaining and I kept my mouth shut, but if they undercharged me then the same type of «professionalism» could’ve overcharged someone else. Again, and I do mean this in all seriousness and soberness, this dennys sucks ass!

This place is fucking disgusting. Their food is cold, but I guess that’s what you get when their food came out frozen and then they cook it like that. Never ever going back.

Ordered pancakes, eggs and sausage. 20 minutes later, still waiting despite folks who came in after me getting large orders before me. Tried to just pay and leave, but for the last five minutes I didn’t see any wait staff and there was nobody at the front.

Service is slow to meet, greet, and seat you. Though once you sit you become well tended to. I like Denny’s for the build your own Grand Slam. Nice to pick and choose what you like.
Came in on Veterans Day, and thought it was great they were offering vets a free build your own Grand Slam. Great they offer it in honor of our vets. Kudos to you.

Flys.
Long waits.
Messed up orders.
Got two of the same orders one plate the portions were clearly way less than the other.
A plate of French toast came 15mins after we had finished out meals. The waitress forgot to put in the order.
Syrup all over the bench seat and I even had my shoes in gym that was spat under the table.
Not a good experience.

Came a little late with some friends since it’s open ²⁴⁄₇. 4 stars because the food took awhile and the portions were kind of small. The highlight was my server Cesar, he was very knowledgeable on the menu and apologized for the inconvenience on my waiting time. Best waiter I’ve ever had by far! I highly recommend this waiter and to get the smothered cheese fries they’re delicious!

All i can say about the last few times i went is HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT !!! Dirty floors, poor customer service n wen i ordered a breakfast the bacon was like that microwave bacon… very very thin n crunchy !!! Told the manager about it n even showed him n all he said was «oh ok » …really ?!! Poor management is the result of their decline in customers.

Whoever comes here needs to understand that the quality of food is not like a Michelin star restaurant it is more like a diner on the side of the road. With that in mind I took a risk and decide to order the steak I wanted medium rare so I asked them to make it rare it came out exactly like I wanted it medium rare and it tasted pretty good the guy José was super helpful and very nice the restaurant could definitely use some cleaning but I am overall pleased knowing what I was getting when I went here.

Bull shiet. In stead of having a nice breakfast there’s mold on the bread. Never going to a dennys again in my life.

So I come here after a night out with my cousins, and I really wanted to go to Denny’s. So we get seated and the host was just really aggresive and basically threw our menu’s at us. It took our server 15 minutes to get to our table but he only had 2 other tables. He tell him what we wanted to drink and put in our order at the same time. Another 15 minutes pass until we finally get out drinks. Then another 45 minutes to finally get our food. Didn’t even have the courtesy to say sorry or anything. They sat a family after us and they had their drinks and food within 15 minutes which is just messed up. Food was cold when we got it, and the appetizers came last. Then when we talked to the manager she just laughed in our face like I was telling jokes. Needless to say I will not come back here.

First off, my boyfriend and I came in at around 11 – 11:15pm waiting for a seat with about 5 other parties. There were about 5 servers who were working and none of them looked at us or even sat us down. We all waited about 20 minutes even though there were plenty of seats available. By that time, the other parties had left because they were very frustrated with the fact that we weren’t being seated. The server we had took forever to bring us our drinks and didn’t even know if a grilled cheese sandwich was on the menu. My boyfriends garlic bread came out in a weird shape and his Mac and cheese tasted really off. If there are some plus sides to this review, it’s that their grilled cheese sandwich was really good. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend going to this Denny’s. Maybe IHOP that’s right across the street.

My hubby and I decided to go to Denny’s since it was quick and easy. There was a bit of a wait but we were seated within 15 mins or so. Our server never came to our table so after about 10 mins of us waiting the hostess came over and took our drink order.
The server went to various tables but never even acknowledged we were in his section. Finally, my husband got his attention and he took our food order. The food took another 30 minutes to come out. The server continued to neglect our table checking on other tables for refills on coffee and water. We never got any attention from this stupid server.
I went to the ladies room since we were still waiting WHICH WAS DISGUSTING!!! I saw the nice hostess who brought us our drinks and advised her we still hadnt received our food. She was shocked and went to the manager to see what was going on? Finally, our stupid server brought out our food which was the wrong order! When my husband said this isn’t what I ordered he went back and took another 5 minutes to come out. We finally got our order straight.
Now the kicker, we had to flag down the stupid server again to get our check, we got in line to pay and the hostess said to the manager, this is the couple I was speaking about. He, never apologized about the lack of service we received never said one word but made an adjustment on our bill for one meal. Even with that he didn’t say, hey I am really sorry about your experience. He was equally as mediocre as that stupid server. Only the hostess seemed to have any customer service experience and she made our experience pleasant.
We will NEVER EVER EVER go here again and this place is filthy and a dive! Poor service and they don’t even deserve the one star that I was forced to give them!

Hubs and I haven’t been to a Denny’s together in at least 10 years so when he suggested it, naturally I was surprised! With all the great breakfast options in Fremont/​Union City, this thru me for a loop! We figured we’d beat the Saturday am crowd since we were there at 9 but we were wrong. Our wait was about 20 minutes which is long for hubs. (We are known at our Norma spots and quite spoiled because of it) We were seated after 20 mins and greeted right away with drink requested. I overheard the couple behind me complaining about their 20 minute wait for their eggs and saw another table pissed off because half their table had food and the other half didn’t. I said to hubs it looked like we were in for a long breakfast. I was totally wrong! Our server was right on top of the orders, brought hot coffee before my mug was empty and our food came out hot fresh and tasty! We heard the other tables complaining to the manager and I felt he handled it all with grace and poise. We were happy as little clams with our grand slams!

Last night my family and I went here for dinner. We ordered 3 of the Chicken Bacon Classic, 2 French toast combo, 2 Pepperoni pizza, and a bacon avocado burger.
The Chicken Bacon Classic was nasty, all three were cold, fries were burnt and tasted like they soaked them in oil.
The pepperoni pizzas came to the table, one came with cheese only and not a lot of it. the other one was just the pizza sauce (REALLY). there was no cheese or pepperoni. (see the picture).
The Bacon Avocado Burger had to be cancelled because after sending the pizzas and ordering pancakes for the kids, the pancake meals came before the burger and the burger was ordered way before the pancakes.

All the food was cold and disgusting. the restaurant was not even that busy. The manager said that she was sorry and that she would be able to give us only 20% off.
When we walked out side I told another family that they my want to go somewhere else and I explained what happened. The guy says, «Oh, its one of those nights again!»
I will never eat at this restaurant again.
