Burger King

When a company invest In remodels, they expect the money to come back because of its new image… company’s to this and tries great service to get back investment… however this location just threw it away. Rude cashier at the drive thru… not only was she rude and did not apologize for me calling her out. She didn’t get my order correct. Good job Victoria… You just lost another cx of the many I am sure you have lost. Bk, Your 1800 # needs better extended hours as I am sure that most of your buinesse comes in late afternoons early evenings.

They just remodeled but i bet their ice cream machine is still broken.
Ive tried to buy ice cream or anything that contains it but forget their machine is always broken fu** this place and their lazy employees.

My least favorite Burger King in Hayward. I dont like the area. Its not only dirty inside but outside. Alot of homeless people are always hanging out there. Usually I dont mind them but they make me uncomfortable when they bother me for money or just start fights for no reason. The staff is all rude and they are just standing there not doing anything. Not even asking homeless people to leave. The bathroom smells, theres never any toliet paper, soap or paper towel. Its flooded with water and I dont even want to know what else. A port-​a-​potty is even better than their bathroom. The only good thing is that since they dont have any real paying customers the service is fast and food is good. Plus they are the only place I know that has a variety of drinks to choose from. Other than that I would not want to come here unless I go to the drive thru only.

I had my mouth set on Rodeo cheese burger meal. But i was told they dont do that anymore. I was very unhappy. I never have a taste fot Burger King, ever. Now I see why. Thats a sign for me leave it alone.

On Friday night at 8:17pm my husband and I ordered food. We pulled up to the window and payed for our food. We waited at the window for 5 minutes. After 5 mins they asked us to pull in the front. So we DID. AFTER 10 MINUTES I Went inside and asked how long it would be she said It would be ANOTHER 5 minutes! We already waited 15 minutes! So I asked for a refunded that took 5 mins!!! After waiting 25 minutes we left! WITH NO FOOD AND MAD AS HECK!!! EVERY TIME WE GO THERE SOME THING HAPPENS! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Great location, but every time I’ve been here they tend to let me down. The service is super low; I guess the whole drive thru notion is gone out the window. Now we have the drive then park out front… for a grilled chicken salad.
Lastly, this morning I came at 7:45am to get a coffee and they weren’t even open. No sign of life even in the building. It read open at 7:30am on Sunday’s. Maybe next time!

This is the Burger King I remember coming to in first grade. 20 years later I realize that I am an OG to this place and my review is more valid than any ones !
So first of all the Filipino lady that has been there forever has always been rude. One day when I was old enough I just snapped and said «why do you gotta be such a bitch!!!“lol she was shocked.
She calmed down for a while but it it wasn’t to long before she started being crazy again .
Eventually I got used to it. she got used to my attitude and now it’s like we have this mutual understanding lol. I hope she retires soon though.

Worst chicken (dry and tough) and fries (cold and soggy) ever. couldn’t finish eating them… had to toss away. Coke machine was the only decent thing.

My wife and I had lunch here yesterday.
I wish that I had some pictures to post (there are none for this location), but we went here at the last minute (my camera was at home).
We were able to order after less than a minute.
Our cashier was friendly, but limited in English (all of the employees I saw seemed to be). She was also distracted at first (she had to help out a little with another order).
Still, I can’t fully blame her for not quite getting what I wanted (I basically cost myself some food by being talked into buying a combo, and I didn’t make it clear at the end that I wanted another burger by itself).
Our number was called after only a few minutes.
An employee was mopping inside;
the wet floor made me sort of glide.
I didn’t see any paper towels in the men’s restroom.
A woman screamed when I wiped my hands on her chest (it was an accident).

Anyway, I had Mello Yello Grape and Fanta Cherry.
I was pretty pleased with both.
(My wife just had Barq’s Root Beer.)
A homeless man was sleeping inside.
I’m tempted to complain, but I’ll let it slide.
(The man was at a booth, and I think he had been given a free cup of water. I didn’t really mind seeing him, but I have had some bad experiences with homeless people while at some other chains.)
The seating capacity inside is over 70.
There are 4 tables outside (the seating capacity is 16). There are also 2 benches.
There were some kids around, but it wasn’t too loud inside.
I was comfortable except for the guy sitting to my left (I didn’t feel like my wife and I had enough privacy because of him).
There’s a small TV in the back.
It was turned to a children’s program (a college football game was on at the donut shop that we had just come from, but I know that Burger King caters more to kids).

French Fries (Medium): 8.25÷10.

I didn’t realize that Burger King fries are now «thick cut» (we stopped going to Burger King months ago because the location that we used to love has gone downhill).
It limited how many fries we received. Still, we both received a solid number.
We enjoyed our fries, but my wife did complain that hers were too salty. She just wondered if you can ask for no salt.
Crispy Chicken Jr. ($ 1.09): 8.5÷10.
I’m a fan (I’m glad that I decided to order one).
They’re part of the Value Menu, and are definitely a good deal.
My chicken patty was tasty and nicely sized, and I really liked the «creamy mayonnaise.»
My sesame seed bun didn’t seem to be «perfectly toasted,» but it was fine.
Chicken Nuggets (10 for $ 1.62): 7.75÷10.
I mainly ordered them because of the deal (10 for $ 1.49).
Still, ours were pretty good and somewhat big.
We received 3 small containers of Barbecue dipping sauce (the containers were a nice touch).
Our sauce was kind of spicy, but tasty.
Combo #1:
Whopper (Medium Fries; Medium Drink): $ 8.15.
Score: ⁸⁄₁₀.
My wife was pleased with her food, and the Medium drinks are huge (30 oz.).
Combo #2:
A.1. Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger (Medium Fries; Medium Drink): $ 9.68.
Score: ⁸⁄₁₀.
I didn’t receive any mayo on my burger, but I otherwise was given what I wanted (I didn’t want any «A.1. Thick & Hearty sauce»).
I could have received more «thick-​cut smoked bacon,» but my strips were meaty and delicious. I also liked my American cheese.
My patties were a bit dry, but otherwise great.
I don’t care, but I was given a normal bun, not a «warm, toasted, Artisan bun.»
Overall, my combo was a little overpriced. I would have left hungry had I not ordered a Crispy Chicken Jr. at the end.

The shopping center parking lot is tight.
I have never found it to be alright.
There’s some room for improvement, but I like this location overall.

I use to work work in the food industry so I don’t like to complain but this is straight up pathetic. Order a big king, waited for about 15 minutes. By the way it was slow so I was basically the only costumer there. It had been 15 minutes and I noticed everyone on the kitchen was just standing around talking. I approached and asked about my food and they basically forgot about it. Good costumer service.

hey its a cool burger king has a tv inside. with the new coke machine. 100+ drink choices.
good deals and coupons with the burger king app.
also $ 1 burgers. a nd the 2 for $ 5 deals. and still has the value menu.
the back usually has people smoking but other than that its a cool chill place.
never had a problem here.

The staff was friendly I was greeted at the door by an employee and the cashier Martha was friendly. I decided to eat here since it was on the way, I went for the veggie burger, it took them about 3 minutes. The burger was well made and surprisingly not sloppy at all. A good place to come and eat. If you are in a hurry.

Burger King has it’s good points (coffee). sadly, fries (sm, 149) not!
–soggy on the inside, crunchy on outside.
hamburger (1?) just bland with fresh lettuce, pickle, tomato?)
no repeat on these items.
–food 2 stars at best, service so so.

This is the only drive-​thru/​fast food joint around us, so unfortunately we frequent here much more than I’d like to admit…
That being said, as a previous poster mentioned, the burgers are usually neatly put-​together and typically correct in regards to modifications.
They do have you pull to the front and wait often — we have a theory that the drive-​thru is on a quality timer and so they just bump people through fast for better ratings. One time late at night I was the only one in the drive-​thru and they said to go to the front. There weren’t any spots open so I just chilled in the aisle waiting and witnessed BK staff bring out 3/​or 4 other orders to other waiting cars. Maybe it’s a made-​to-​order drug bizzness going on, or maybe they got slammed way late that night. Either way, it’s always odd.
Don’t really like the guy that works the window, he’s called me ‘Sir’ before, and well, I’m not. Nor do I look the part. Pay attention dude… or maybe this fits my drug theory. It is HayStack you know.

This is the worse Burger King, nay worse fast food joint I’ve ever been too.
I was threatened with incarceration because I asked to speak to the manager.
I’m pretty sure that BK’s slogan is «Have it your way.» Why is it that I was denied half onion rings/​half frys? I even offered to buy both and just wanted them to be combined so I could carry only one vessel. I simply get tired of the flavor of both and like to have a little variety. Every other location I have been to was more than happy to accommodate.
I contacted corporate but nothing happened. No one should ever be threatened for being upset with service.
The food is average just like the other BK’s.

I rarely come to this Burger King, but it happened to be on my way out this time around. I went to the drive thru, and was kinda shocked to find how tiny the words were on the menu! I couldn’t read them! I had to drive forward past the microphone a bit to read it, and then reverse to go back to the mic. Very inconvenient.
The workers were very friendly though, and my order was processed quickly. I was asked to park out front where I waited a couple minutes, and they brought my food to me. This was a little wierd because I was the only one going through the drive through, and my order was very basic– a whopper jr, a vanilla shake, and a rodeo cheeseburger. That’s it.
When I got to my destination, the burgers were made how theyre supposed to be, proper portions and not sloppy at all. Beautiful assembly line fast food burgers. They tasted great too, satisfying my late evening craving.
I’ve been back a few times, and when I’m coming this way, I will be back again.
