OK, here is my review… coming from (a teriyaki professional) Waba… Very good. This location, not so good… Here’s why. My chicken was some what minced and not sliced but letting that go, there was a fishy like taste to my chicken. I’m guessing the salmon or shrimp, got mixed into the chicken someway, somehow. Another factor that bothered me, was that the bathroom has a key and when I asked to use the key, the same person dealing with the food also handed me the key. Not sanitary! Also, I don’t know if this would bother you but it sure does bother me… a stack of bowls that the food is prepared in fell onto the floor. The bowls were picked up and put right back into the stack with the other bowls… Kinda unsanitary I think. What I will say is that the customer service was very good and the employees were very kind so I hate to have to give this kind of a review. I’m hoping that they will read it and make adjustments.

I get their chicken and steak over brown rice with Avocado on top. I love how everything is open so that you can clearly see the staff as they prepare your food. Their work area and dining room is always clean here, and the Staff seems to always be in a great friendly mood as they interact with one another and each customer. Their food is a little pricey for a quick lunch… But it’s fresh, very healthy, VERY GOOD & the awesome customer service makes it well worth treating yourself to a decent lunch 2 – 3 times a month.

The food is really good here but today when I came during lunch the tables were dirty and I asked for the table to be wiped down. Well the gentleman behind the counter thought it was play time instead of giving the cloth to the staff to wipe down the table he was playing with it instead. This irritated me as I’m on my lunch hour. Then to add insult to injury the table that I was sitting at he decided he wanted the staff to clean the table behind me he pulled out all the chairs nosily and pretty much had me trapped at the table I was sitting at. The only way I could get up would have been to step over the 4 chairs. This is extreme Rudeness at its best. I will question coming here again not because of the food but lack of customer service.

Ehhhh this place was ok. I got the half steak half chicken plate on top of rice and a side salad and orange. Gave me more than enough. But not fully satisfied with the taste bland chicken and that sauce is idk. Not in any rush to return

Awesome food! And location!!! So glad there’s a waba grill nearby!!! Food is fresh and delicious! Best teriyaki I’ve ever had!
