As a first time homebuyer, Myles takes the time to explain the entire process. He is always responsive and works all hours of the day to assist you whether it be working with you directly or working behind the scenes, advocating for your needs. When in escrow/​lender do not act in a timely manner, he calls the necessary parties and diplomatically resolves the issues. He is honest is about the properties he shows and makes notice of the not so attractive qualities of properties. Myles is detail oriented in documents and in properties. First of all, this is the most professional Agent my family has ever dealt with! Mr. Allen assisted my mother buy her first home last month and she has not yet stop raving about the quality and price of her home! English is her second language so it’s very difficult for her to gain the trust of a salesman due to the difficulty for her to understand all the steps in purchasing a home in English. Especially with Real Estate agents because in her words, «they just want your money.» But with Mr. Allen, her words exactly were, «he doesn’t have a single dishonest bone in his body.» Mr. Allen has went above and beyond in helping my mother purchase her first home and he has proactively called to check in with her on multiple occasions since.
