David Schames, DDS

I choose David through a suggestion from a co worker and all I can say is amazing. I’ve used numerous dentist in the last 10 years including the new modern techie types like miracle smile and some old fashion dentist in beverly hills and none compare to David Schames. HIs attention to detail and customer service are fantastic. His knowledge and friendly attitude not only makes my experience awesome but educational as well. When I did have a cavity we went through all the different caveats as to how to tackle the situation which meant options. This was nice to know and very comforting that there were options. I appreciate when a dentist will take his time and really explain what is going on during the procedure. I highly recommend Mr Schames as he also trained in the most recent dental techniques which comes down to stronger better fillings and techniques to handle dental issues as well as how to minimize causing pain to his clients. Great dentist!

Wonderful dentist who is almost always available for his patients. Other than the office staff who can be somewhat unprofessional when the dentists are not around; great experience.
Dr. David Schames makes sure that the pain is minimalized as much as possible during serious procedures.

Dr. David Schames is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had the privilege to meet. I had to have my tooth pulled and seriously, with out hesitation, or insurance, he took it out. It was bad… that tooth had been with me for 50 years, it had cracked and started dying. I’m on alot of medication, grinding is a side effect. I’ve been seeing the Dr’s for my bruxism. They have been so supportive providing me with a day and night guard, to protect my teeth and I’m for ever grateful. It’s been 2 days and my mouth, jaw and teeth feel great. Thank you Dr. David for giving me my smile back. And thank you for taking time out of your busy day for me. I’ve been to OTHER dentist, for a cleaning, and is take 4 to 5 hours. I was in and out in 2.5. Teeth cleaned, guards sized, tooth pulled. Great office

I brought in my mother for her sleep apnea mouth guard. The staff was pretty nice. The office looked a bit disorganized so it made me worry that this would be like all the other low income patient services out there barely supported by government funds. Dr. Shames is very friendly and I really appreciated that he thoroughly explains his procedures with enthusiasm. However, the nursing staff lacked a bit of professionalism when multiple nurses were in the room gossiping and LITERALLY dancing around. It concerned me that one of the nurses weren’t able to answer my questions about the exam so it made me question how qualified these people are. Overall, not a bad visit but there still are some areas of concern.
