We’ve been using Level Heating since getting completely shafted by a HarCo heating company in 2009. Level Heating has always been trustworthy and professional. We woke up to no heat on a very cold Sunday morning, and DJ came out to troubleshoot and fix the problem. He greeted us by name when he came in and got right to work. Thanks!

Over the years we have had very professional service people visit us. Mike P responded to an after work on a Friday finding that our thermostat was completely shutdown and no heat. Mike was in our home within the hour and troubleshooted the problem. Issue was found and a brief lesson to us made us aware of what to look for in the future. I like that Mike takes the time to explain the workings of our system.

I called Level when our furnace broke after they were recommended by a co-​worker. After speaking with Sharon, she was able to squeeze us in for a same day appointment, which was very much appreciated so we didn’t have to wait until after the weekend to get it looked at. Rob P. was the technician who serviced our furnace and he was wonderful! Rob was professional, knowledgeable, and explained all of our options thoroughly without being pushy. Although we are getting a new furnace delivered this week, Rob was able to fix our old one enough so that it will hopefully last in the meantime. I am hopeful that the furnace installers will be as great as Rob was. I will definitely recommend Level to anyone in need of heating and air service.

I knew I was in for a pleasant experience as soon as Casey and Edgar came into service my panel. They are easy going with a great demeanor.
Both Edgar and Casey conducted themselves professionally while listening to our needs which you don’t often see in this line of work.

We called what used to be Kite and Key Electric, which has apparently merged into Level Home Services. Talk about sticker shock. First they charged us $ 80 to spend ten minutes in the house looking at the electric we needed re-​wired and provide a written estimate. Then they came up with an estimate twice as much as any other we’ve received for any of the work we’ve done in our home so far, when the job is by far the smallest we’ve needed. If you have a row home in Baltimore City and want to throw money into the wind, call Level Home Services. Otherwise, ask your neighbors for another recommendation.

I live in a row home in Baltimore City. My AC condenser is on the roof and was looking in poor shape. The base it was on was falling apart, made out of wood, and needed to be reset. The tech, Steve, who was there to service my furnace, gave me a great price to fix it which included disconnecting it, cleaning the roof, making sure there were not any penetrations and re-​mounting it on a new base. A week later the installers came and did an awesome job. Kuddos Level!

From the initial call, the sales rep (Steven) to the technicians (John and crew) that installed the new system, to the electrician that works with the company (sorry, I cannot remember his name at the moment), this has been one great experience. Level KNOWS what customer service and customer care is ALL about, and they do it with a smile.
Our hats are off to some wonderful crew!
