A few glitches along the way but management handled the problem smoother than I would have expected. Customer service was exceptional. I would absolutely use them again.

I cannot entrust any project to a contractor who fails to keep an appointment. Someone was to arrive between 0800 — 1200 to provide an estimate on a plumbing job. I was to receive a call one hour prior to his/​her arrival to let me know he/​she was on the way. At 1140 — 1145 I received a call telling me someone «should» be there in 45 minutes to 1 hour. After hanging around waiting for the better part of 4 hours, I was not about to wait any longer. This kind of behavior shows total disrespect for the customer, and I won’t abide this in anyone, let alone someone I plan to let into my home. There are plenty of plumbers around who show respect and consideration. No need to hire this bunch.
