Val has been the most helpful person through Comcast I have ever dealt with! I have been having issues with my Comcast services for 6 months and Val has been the only one to ever actually try to help me resolve these issues. She even called me to make sure she had all of my information correct. Being able to go into the Xfinity store and actually meet with a real person is the only thing keeping me with Comcast at this point.
I will never call Comcast customer service again if I can help it.
