Top Notch Roofing LLC

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I was having stucco work done on my home when the stucco contractor uncovered cuts in the waterproofing layers around the flashings. My roof and flashings were replaced 18 months ago by Top Notch Roofing which came with a 10 year warranty. The stucco contractor said he had to stop work until the damage was repaired by Top Notch. David Shaw from Top Notch came over and went up on the scaffolding and was shown the damage. He first said he didn’t know how to fix it. Then he said he would fix it. Then he asked ME how to fix it! Then he said he would fix it. He made multiple appointments but never showed up. After 3 weeks of my house being covered with scaffolding and no work being done because Top Notch wouldn’t fix the problem I had to find another roofer. Another roofing company came and fixed it without any problems and the stucco work was then completed. It was an awful experience and I would NEVER recommend them.
