Craig is an extremely knowledgeable inspector. Spent over two hours walking us through the home and ran moisture tests in the wall, inspected all the appliances and crawl spaces, gave great recommendations for solutions to defects, took extra time to go back over issues he found earlier in the inspection, more in depth and explained the procedure and cost involved in repairing said defects. Craig holds a TON of licenses and memberships to roofing, EIFS, structure, envelope etc. groups and programs and he holds a ton of experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. In fact, I’d be more than happy to use him again myself. Grade A service and knowledge!

I used Craig to inspect a fixer-​upper property in the Graduate Hospital area. He was very knowledgeable about old Philly row houses, and was very friendly and honest. He walked me through and explained every detail that he noticed during the inspection. His report was clear and thorough, and included price estimates for potential repairs which was very helpful. Very professional, clearly very experienced, and friendly service — will use again, since I ended up not buying the property.
