Excellent pizza! Great healthy alternatives to the greasy pies you get elsewhere. A bit on the expensive side, but that’s to be expected for healthier lifestyle choices. Try the 4 Seasons Pizza… awesome!

Sometimes a business has a fine product but it doesn’t quite match the needs of the customer. For me, that’s the case here. This place was Mom’s Bake at Home Pizza for many years. Now Mom has been replaced by Bob. I’m going out on a limb here and assuming Bob is the owner! These folks are within walking distance of my home. The pizza here is just fine. The toppings are fresh and the amount of them on a pie is also fine. If you bring a pie home from here, chances are you’re going to say it’s A OK. Of course you need to bake it yourself and that’s my problem. I’ve done it more than once. It’s not brain surgery but it’s a pain in the butt. I like instant gratification and I also live within walking distance of two very good traditional pizza joints. If Bob’s pies were much cheaper than that could be an incentive but they are not. His prices are in line with every other pizza place in town. For example, a 16″ ITALIANO with Italian sausage, roasted red peppers, sweet onions and plum tomatoes goes for $ 16.95. So to change things up I grab a pie from here once in a while but most of the time I visit the traditional shops.

For years I have gone to another favorite pizza place in the area, but lately haven’t been so happy, so I decided to give Bob’s a try. I’m glad I did. Got a large pepperoni pizza and it was actually very good. They give you a large sheet of parchment paper to bake the pizza on, and it works. The crust was nice and crispy and nothing stuck. The sauce had a nice flavor and there was a good amount of pepperoni. I will be going back.
