Dunkin’ Donuts

My FIRST choice for Dunk’s in Haverhill. This location is the only one who NEVER messes up my coffee. I am very specific when I order my iced and I am always happy when I take a sip.

Everything I go to the place everyone is confused. I usually go here on Thursday mornings and one time I asked for a coffee coolata and the guy looked at the person next to him and said «I don’t know how to make that» so the both of them left the counter to make it and came back 3 mins later to ring me out and gave me my total but I was not done I wanted a breakfast sandwich so they left the counter again to make it together. Another time I went I placed my order and from no fault of the guy making the food my order went to the wrong person so I was waiting for 10 mins before the manager (it seemed) asked what I was waiting for and after I said what I ordered they realized the big and toasty there was for the person that took my food! There are way too many people there not doing anything productive either that or they do not communicate. I understand the job is fast paced and tough and the kid making the food was really nice and apologetic which I accept and was not his fault at all but this place needs better organization!

This dunks is one of the best dunks. Great service and the people that work there are awesome. I have tried others and the service was different. So I stick with the best one. Try them out, you’ll love the food and beverages. But most of all the great people that work there (the managers and all the employees).
