Recently, service has been rude. When I requested my receipt, it was tossed into my car. The fries were unsalted and stale. 6 months ago food and service were great.

If I could give this place no stars I would my husband has an accent and when ordering our food was told to speak English. Are you serious?! Not only did we deal with one impolite person another one came on the speaker to be just as rude. Once we got to the window not once were we even acknowledged had to ask for a receipt and when I brought it to her attention that our order was wrong she screamed you’ll have to pay for it. I’m new to the area and will not be returning here at all

Wendy’s is really the only true«fast food» I can tolerate. I love their burgers, I usually get the junior bacon cheeseburger. The fries are also good. I like that this Wendy’s is open late. Obviously you can’t beat the price, it’s fast food. However, they have messed up our order more than once.

staff has always been friendly. food has always been great– tastes fresh and hot. fires, shakes, chicken and burgers have all been above average, especially for a fast food restaurant.

This is my favorite Wendy’s. I’m gonna be honest, I used to live next door. I’ve probably been to this Wendy’s 1,000 times. I’ve seen it all at this Wendy’s. I’ve seen fights break out in the kitchen. I’ve seen drunk people licking french fries off the floor. I even saw a wedding party there once. But I’ll tell you what — they always deliver. I especially like the chicken club add cheese. Or the junior bacon cheeseburger. One day the manager even gave me a VIP card which gave me a 10% discount. I cherished that card for years. Then my wallet was stolen. But I still feel like a VIP every time I walk in that place. Back in the old days when they used to have the super salad bar with unlimited pizza, I would call ahead and ask them to fire up some extra pies and they’d put some out just for me. They made me feel special, man. Some folks say that all Wendy’s are the same. No. This place is home. This is my Cheers.

Let’s be honest, if you’ve been to one Wendy’s, you’ve been to them all. The reason I’ll always have a fond memory of Haverford’s Wendy’s is when I was going to Methacton High back in the 70s, this one was the only one in the area. I kid you not. They weren’t everywhere then like they are now – and it was by accident I discovered the one on Lancaster Avenue because I didn’t know it was there. Their catch phrase was Hot-N-Juicy and that’s exactly what the burgers were. I couldn’t wait till I got out of school Friday, hop on my bike, and ride the 17 miles from my house to this Wendy’s in Haverford. They say some things never change. While about every six weeks I’ll patronize my local Wendy’s, I make it a point once a year to go back to Haverford. I agree with some of the other reviews that the staff isn’t exactly congenial sometimes, but hey, that’s to be expected at a fast-food establishment. I’m not a spring chicken anymore so I have to watch how much beef I eat, so I have the Spicy Chicken combo. Not a bad alternative. In the spring when they have their fish sandwiches, theirs are better than McDonald’s or Burger King’s, in my mind. Sometimes I’ll swap my fries for chili because that’s good stuff too.

I’m so happy that the Main Line at least has this Wendy’s… There are limited choices for fast food over here, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that these guys stay… You never know when you’re gonna have a craving for a chocolate frosty and this Haverford location is just about it for local choices… Aside from the McDonald’s in Bryn Mawr. Plus, these guys are open until 1am and the employees are very friendly.

Nothing exciting. It is clean typical food. The ladies that took my order didn’t laugh at my jokes… But then again the joke wasn’t that funny!

As far Wendy’s food is concerned, I have nothing to complain about. Their hamburgers and fries are a step above McDonald’s and Burger King, and I enjoy their salads. However, my experiences with the service at this location have been consistently bad. The people working the drive-thru windows have terrible attitudes. I can understand being bitter about working a minimum wage job on the Main Line, but these employees need to realize that not all of their patrons are affluent snobs. Being polite goes a long way– especially in the service sector. Unfortunately, their rudeness just cost them a customer.

I had a hankering for a nice burger and fries last week. Valentine’s Day had me feeling lonely, and I knew the food could provide some, albeit brief, comfort for my loins. Didn’t think too much about it, but as I ordered the Bacon-Nator with extra bacon, it kind of clicked. Maybe the reason I am alone on Valentines Day is because I never go for the«extra bacon» in real life. when im in line at Wendys, or Burger King, or decide to make the 1hr ride to Sheetz, I am in control. I order pickles and sides with confidence, and going all out is never a problem. maybe this year I can have that confidence with women. i can make her my #2, my cheeseburger, my huckleberry! new sea salt fries are nothing more then same as old fries, with slightly darker food coloring. i ended up going for a frosty at the payment windows. the lady i think realized it had been a tough one for me, so she let me get the large frosty for same price. things might be turning around. all in all, 2nd worst valentines day i ever had.
