No. My gf loves this place. I don’t know why. Gross. She has forced me to eat here twice. I have gotten sick both times. The place is lousy with tragic hipster douchebags also. If that’s your thing, go hang out there. But, still don’t eat the food. Really wish I could give zero stars. Ok ok. The bottled water was almost cold and I lost a couple of pounds from the bouts of diarrhea. There’s your star.

Service awful. Way too crowded with teenagers. Brown rice is always hard and disgusting. Food is overall gross. I’d rather eat at Taco Bell.

avoid the lunch time rush 12 – 130 since it is in an industrial workplace area, it gets too packed for lunch, lines outside the door .very small portions, at times they will actually take back some chicken they put on the buritto back into the bar container. like really?

A few weeks ago, many people received a coupon from Chipotle for a free taco, burrito, etc., or a two-fer meal deal. I used mine for three steak tacos. I received: three crisp tacos with about one, well-rounded, tablespoon of steak, and a generous dollop of sour cream(they don’t have much in the way of toppings, and they do it for you, a la Subway). The woman who served me gave me a side of guacamole and a bag of corn chips, gratis, even though it wasn’t part of the coupon, which she had seen. Wanna know how much this WOULD have cost? The tacos, ALONE, would have been $ 8.75!!! The guac and chips? ANOTHER $ 3.75!!! AREYOUKIDDINGME??? $ 12.50 for three tacos, and stuff that should have been complementary??? The tacos weren’t bad, but, how the heck are they competing with other food chains at such obscene prices??? A Burger King JUNIOR Whopper combo meal goes for $ 9, but, at least it’s more satisfying(to me, at least), and includes a drink and fries! The staff was friendly and courteous, though VERY hard to hear over the din of customers and the head-high(for the shorter staff) plastic shield between the service counter and customer, which rendered the soft-spoken, high-pitch, female servers’ voices nearly inaudible, and the place was clean, although it was half-full of mid-lunch hour customers. Too expensive for me.

The employees here were very unresponsive, impolite and everything was prepared poorly. When we got there we had to wait due to only one person along the construction line. Which to then after waiting for 5 minutes and someone walked up to help. Which i clearly stated a vegetable burrito. Then to which she responds«what meat?» Like seriously listen! People are programmed with an dialogue without self thought. But the cashier was very nice and offered drinks and chips. Then while before it went to the cashier they stopped since the person in front of us was upset that their burrito ripped. And my burrito was poorly wrapped and fell apart when i opened it. This is the most disappointment I’ve had at a Chipotle ever due to service. :(

This Chipotle is my go-to when I’m starving after a late night class at Stony Brook, and driving home to Baldwin. It’s just off the LIE, and you can hop right back on, just in time to catch the next exit for the Sag. The parking lot is never an issue, but the service can be slow. The thing is, they’re not understaffed, they just operate at Long Island Chipotle rate(NYC peeps would laugh). The food has always been fresh when I come and the place is usually hoppin!(and this is at 9pm usually), and it’s convenient. Thumbs up.

This is my least favorite Chipotle location. I’ve actually returned food before due to the terrible quality. Their portions are so small! I’d rather drive to the Farmingdale location than order from here. My parents actually stopped eating here because their portions got smaller and smaller, it isn’t even worth the money. Chipotle, as a company, is pretty great and after I complained via email about my bad experience they sent me two giftcards(which I used at the Farmingdale location) as an apology. It’s really just this location that needs some work.

I come to this Chipotle almost every day to eat during my work break. The steak is ok but the rest of the food is really good and the service is great.

Probably the worst chipotle I’ve been to. The assembly is so slow that even with no line it takes five minutes to get from one end of the counter to the other. Most of the employees don’t know how to wrap a burrito, and you’re likely to end up with a soggy, torn mess. Grab a napkin before you get in line, because half of your salsa or guac will end up on the outside of the container somehow… Probably when they slide your bowl or burrito down the line through all of beans and salsa that found their way into the prep table. And at no other location have I seen a burrito rolled up and then squeezed to pour excess juice into a little plastic to-go cup to get rid of it… Creative… And to top it off, the girl behind the counter marked my bowl as having steak, even though it was prepared properly with chicken. This wouldn’t have been an issue if the cashier didn’t argue with me over the contents… Even though opening the container would have easily proved her to be in the wrong.

OK eat there 2x& boy do they make their orders SMALL! I won’t eat there anymore and foods not tasty but bland .Dont know why such commotion about this place. The bowls contain small amounts of food and my tacos fell apart because they were soggy and barely had food in them !!! Shameful!

Still a completely awful experience. I asked for a bit more rice last time I was there and the rude employee informed me I would have to pay extra. Pay extra for a burrito bowl that isn’t full and that I’m already overpaying for? Truly(and still) the WORST Chipotle I have ever been to.

Chipolte is one of favorite spots around. But the moment I think about visiting this location, I quickly consider eating somewhere else. My rating comes from the crappie service of course. Lines are typically to the front door. I don’t mind waiting but I swear every single visit, they always mess up my order. I had to wait 20 minutes one day just for a refund… since they charged me for someone else’s food. This is only one of the many situations. plus, the attitudes behind the counter! People, service with a smile! 5 for food, 0 for the attitude and service, 4 location and seating.

I love chipolte but sadly this location was sub-par very dirty and they seem to have huge fly problem. I almost walked out cause the floor look like it had not swept the night before, but I was craving chipolte. The wait on line was suprisingly quick but all the servers seemed to be having a bad day. The station was a mess. They were fully staffed and none of them were assigned to clean??? No one was wiping down tables or checking the garbage. Food was good any how … still will go to chipolte just not this location. Wish I would of reading the reviews before I went I would of saw the pics of how this place is horribly maintained. Kind of sucks cause I brought my friend and it was her first chipolte experience. Hope this place didn’t ruin it for her.blah.

I’m getting more and more disappointed with this chipotle location. I ordered online at 3:40; pick up time was 4:30, I came in at 4:40 to give them extra time for the order to be done. My order had not been started yet! No excuses; location was not even busy. They just don’t care about online orders or just chose to disregard them. To top it off the carnitas and the Barbacoa was salty; I could not finish my bowl.

Good food as always but SLOW and bad service. Young staff, so I know they don’t really know what’s going on but annoying! Took 16 minutes just to place an order than they charged me for chips and never gave them to me. Annoying experience.

love chipotle, even though the line was out the door, i waited, its always a good sign when theres a long line and people patiently wait. food tasted good and fresh, staff was friendly and they were going at a fast pace, yet never rushed a customer. nothing bad to say about this location!

I want to give this 2.5 stars but I’l give them the benefit. Chipotle food isn’t bad, it’s actually pretty good. However the company’s(or this franchises, I haven’t been to any others) processes are some what flawed and lead to a less then stellar experience. Let’s start with the good. The quality of the food is always great, and building your own meal anywhere is always great in my book. It’s always fresh and always tasty. Unfortunately the good ends there. The issues, food wise the only issue is the chicken, it’s always over cooked to the point of being burnt and crunchy. I try to give the chicken a try every once in awhile but after 2 attempts I’m just never ordering chicken again. Food is either slightly warm or cold. It’s always cold when ordering via the app, and I finally found out why. The app says pick up at 4:30 let’s say, I decided to arrive early at 4:15, my order was already sitting getting cold, and sure enough it was cold when I got back. Now the processes that are flawed. This location always has a line, no matter what time. There needs to be more people working the line and turning out orders. Next the use of a single cashier is a bottle neck, most of the line gets backed up because a single cashier can’t ring up sit down guests and take out orders at the same time. I don’t understand why they don’t have a second register. Staff. This location has a mix of ok staff and what looks like lazy staff. I say lazy because so many times I’m waiting 5+ minutes just for someone to ask if I’m picking up. Meanwhile there is always 4 – 5 people milling around on phones or talking with each other. I have nothing against break time from work, but it shouldn’t be done in front of the customer who is waiting to be served. Again good tasting food, but so many customer service flaws that I love but hate going to Chipotle.

I really really hate to do this but. I went last night with my free burrito coupon to give them a shot again. To be honest Im going to deal with it regardless because I like chipotle but it just stinks that they cant get it together. They USED to have it together back in 2012 but… heres how yesterday went after my complaining 2 months ago: THEBADSTUFFFIRST: 1) a line wrapped around the entire perimeter all the way to the bathroom 2) The entire place was filthy… I don’t just mean dinner rush filthy I mean obvious all day has not been swept or tables washed, lemons restocked, everything was a mess. 3) unfortunately, the food had no taste this time at all. It needed salt pepper adobo and hot sauce and was still off. Oh and the brown rice was crunchy. 4) very understaffed… a few more and none of this negative would exist because there would be help at the counter which will move the line, and people to take five minutes once an hour to sweep the garbage. I am so not kidding when I tell you there was A SOCK on the floor on my way out. I took pics when i was on line but my hands were full on the way out so I didn’t get the sock. I assure you it WASTHERE. no joke, swear it on my life. THEGOODTHINGS: 1) I appears they have a new staff. All smiley and friendly. really, above and beyond great improvement over last time. 2) no confusion at the counter, all the foods fully stocked no waiting for steak(except they ran out of white rice but that can happen) but almost completely one point despite a huge crowd. I dont knw what to say. Its a love hate relationship here. Its like buying food inside of a subway and doing it over and over because you like the food so you ignore the filth. It is what it is. We only go when the crave is overwhelming because of the underwhelming way it is run. Atleast the staff is nice now that helps. Eat at your own risk until they get more staff and stronger management.

Holy busy batman! Make sure you order ahead of time and just pick it up! Standard fair, its chipotle. The only one in the area though, so its always busy. My order: a salad with everything. I mean, literally everything. It’s glorious and huge. It’s FAR bigger than Cabo Fresh which is the new Chipotle wannabe in town. Is their food tasty or authentic. NOPE, but that’s not what you’re going there for. Check out the photo of my ginormous salad. Also, they are always super responsive when I tell them that I’m «hungry» and to please put more on. I can get behind a business that does that. I do wish though that they had a better«frequent eater» thing though.

Quick review for Chipotle on good ol Motor Parkway. Stopped in on the way home. Got my usual of the white rice(sometimes I get brown but I prefer white), black beans, Chicken, roasted corn salsa, green tomatillo salsa, cheese, with guacamole on the side. Man… I can’t help it but I love Chipotle’s guac. It’s so good. Anyway… Chipotle you always make me satisfied so thank you. Wish you carried Cholula hot sauce cause I’d switch it up once and a while. Location is always busy and clean. Whenever I did take out while I was working in the area they always got the order right with no hiccups. Therefore you’re awesome Chipotle!!!
