For $ 10 a person buffet, it wasn’t bad. You can order items off their menu and would be slightly more expensive (around $ 1 to $ 2 more per roll). The sushi tasted fresh (no fishy taste). Their seaweed salad was really good. Their hot/​warm Chinese prepared foods sat out for quite some time because they were chewy, dry, and rough.
I would prefer this place over Sakura but would REALLY want Edo Sushi over Sushi Fusion and Sakura combined.

Had dinner here last night and it was really good. The sushi was fresh, and the regular buffett had planty to choose from for my son. The only complaint is no veggies other than the tempura ones. Would have liked some not deep fried for my son, but everyone was freindly and we had a great time.
