This is, by far, the best place to grab a bite and a beer in Hattiesburg. Don’t let anyone tell you differently. I like some of the other places in Hattiesburg, but only eat at them when I want a break from eating K&B. I’ve probably eaten here a hundred times or more, and have probably tried everything on the menu… and still haven’t had anything that I didn’t like. I’ve brought my kids here numerous times and they love it. There is nothing better than sitting at an outdoor table on a beautiful day while sipping beers that you can’t get anywhere else and eating great food. The staff is always top-​notch. I can’t say enough good things. My favorite menu items: chicken wings, thai chicken wraps, seard tuna salad, panko tuna app, ginger chicken salad, the burgers… all of them… chicken & waffles, hangover fries, pizzas… all of it.

Let me begin by saying that the atmosphere is fantastic! The house the pub is located in is gorgeous. However, my good experience stops at the aesthetic. The pub was ridiculously chilly. The salsa was the most bland I ever have tasted. The chips were quite greasy. I would rather eat CiCi’s pizza.

So I’m from out of town and I’m a chicken wing and beer fanatic. Let’s just say… best wings ever. Amazing. The keg stand burger was fantastic. It’s hand pressed! Old school. It’s built in a house, there are so many types of beer it will blow my our mind. I so glad I found this place on Unilocal.Seriously they are the best… stop reading this and come here now !

Great food. Beyond decent brew selection. Patio always open. Actually make that two patios. Burgers are what you come for, it’s pub food dummy, eat up. There’s a reason why the parking lot is always full. Trendy people stay at home. This is a roll-​up-​your-​sleeves brew pub eatery that will become your fave.

The ambiance changes in each sectioned off area so you could have a quiet dinner with friends or a fun time drinking with friends. There are indoor and outdoor seating options. The waitstaff is attentive and checked on us pretty regularly. We checked online and it said this was a kid friendly establishment, and they did have kids menue options of chicken fingers, grilled cheese and grilled cheese with ham. However, we did not see any other children in the restaraunt and it didn’t feel like a place kids were at too often. They do have a veggie burger and grass fed beef. They also have chicken and waffles. The food wasn’t phenomenal but it was good.
The burgers were around 12 $ a piece. They have a hige beer selection. Kids meals were $ 6 with a drink.

The food was good, and the beer selection is great for Hattiesburg, but decent for the region. The service was beyond terrible. When you have to wait 30 minutes for the beer that you ordered to arrive, only to find our they brought the wrong thing (not even close) is disappointing. To have the server talk smack to you about their mistake is unacceptable.
I was very disappointed in my overall experience and will not likely be back. I would have spoken to a manager, but there wasn’t one on duty. Sad.

Hard to add much of anything to what everyone else is already saying, so I’ll just risk repeating. Love the atmosphere here. Next time I’ll sit inside, because the wood floor and wood tables, it’s just so darned cozy, I think I could enjoy relaxing here for hours on end (not that they’d necessarily want me to, because I don’t tend to spend a lot of money). Speaking of money, it’s not an expensive place at all. Server was friendly and reasonably attentive, nothing to complain about there. Just a nice place to hang.

Nice service, good atmosphere, and the food is pretty good. It gets really busy on the weekends so get there early to get a table. It is a loud environment but they have a nice outdoor area. They offer a wide variety of beers that is a great find in Hattiesburg.

A definite hot spot here in Hattiesburg whether you go with family, friends, or to have date night with your significant other. It’s a brewery turned restaurant and I think that was a good move. They still brew their own beer but in the building next door. It has a rustic feel to it on the inside. They have a ton of beer to choose from and their food is amazing! My personal favorite has to be the chicken and waffles. The chicken is cooked to order so you know it’s fresh and not been sitting there all day. Their chicken wings are also amazing, as well as their debris fries. The staff is super friendly and they know their beer so if you have any questions or need any recommendations they’re the best people to ask. This is a great place to go to after work if you just need to unwind after a long day at work, or school.

This is the spot in Hattiesburg for friends, high quality micro brews, and burgers. Their unique menu, responsive staff and atmosphere can’t be beat in town. If they were quicker I wouldn’t hesitate to give them 5 stars. They are just constantly packed, Monday-​Saturday, people just drink here and freaking love it. I’ve been here more times than I can count, and the consistency in food and service is legendary. Just be willing to wait. They handle big groups like champs as well, and they know beer. Ask for a suggestion and you won’t cry like a sassy junior high kid without friends.

Wow! What a hidden gem! Stopped while driving through and found out they were dog friendly! Waitress served our puppy ice water on the patio and we enjoyed the Keg Stand burger and pepperoni pizza. Would have loved to hang around and enjoy the bar but we needed to keep moving. Thanks Unilocalers! Btw the patio is kept cooled off by huge fans, big plus!

1.the Hattiesburg Zoo — oh the animals!
2.Keg and Barrel– great food
3. T-​Bones for coffee and records.
There’s not a lot to do in Hattiesburg, but if you those 3 you’ll have fun. I promise ya!

This is a fun, locally owned place to go in Hattiesburg. Its main feature is a craft beer bar, although — like all great craft beer bars — they have excellent food also. The owners renovated an old house and turned it into a comfortable tavern. They sell all the current local brews, including: Lucky Town, Yalobusha, Lazy Magnolia, SoPro, and others. It’s known for the sandwiches and burgers. I was told the Dirty Diana is one of the top choices for burgers. I had the Sweet and Smokey: Smoked in-​house turkey served on cinnamon raisin bread with provolone cheese and thinly sliced granny smith apples. Great service and easy parking.

Pretty darn impressed. Took a day to trip to Hattiesburg from NOLA, a late lunch was in order before the drive back. Having dined with someone who once worked here in her college days, I took her suggestion of the Pan-​Grilled Catfish. Hello deliciousness! Grilled perfectly with a drizzle of Remoulade on top. Served with cheese grits, greens, and large slice of garlic bread. This dish was well done! I would order it again. Washed it down with a local MS blonde brew by a name I can’t recall… which is a shame because that was a good beer!
Pleasantly pleased with this restaurant. Attentive sever. If you find yourself in Hattiesburg, definitely stop in a for a bite.
