We had a reservation for a room through Expedia. We arrive and are told the credit card machine is down and we will need to have cash in order to get a room in a very condescending tone. Really? This is how you are going to treat your customers?
After staying down the road in a nicer, newer and safer feeling hotel, and after thinking about it, this place looks run down, people were loitering around and it just did not make me feel safe. So it was a blessing in disguise!
