During her dental cleanings on my shih tzus, the cheap heating pad burned my dogs. She and her husband lied and told us our dogs had suffered allergic reactions to the anesthesia or antibiotics. But they threw the heating pad away two days after the cleanings. They lied to us for nearly a month while they cut our dogs’ skin away. We trusted them! One of our shih tzus died. The other is severely scarred.
