Pink Panther Truck

I stopped by their truck on a Saturday, while running errands and got a pork taco. Chicken, beef or pork tacos are all three dollars each. The presentation is nice and the top the taco with shredded lettuce and Mexican cheese. The taco itself is not very spicy but believe it or not, a single taco is pretty filling. I feel that the tacos in Port Chester and at Veracruz in White Plains are better, but for three dollars, you can’t go wrong (compared to going to McDonald’s etc.). The ladies who work there are friendly and pleasant.

The best tacos and Mexican food in the area. I’m never disappointed with anything I ever order there. They even have tostadas. Everything is very reasonably priced and the ladies that work in the truck are so friendly. I love this place!

I can eat this everyday ! I’d rather eat the pink. panther rice and beans, veryspice y then in a restaurant. As a Vegetarian, I can actually
a truck and find something for me. It’s clean, the girls are nice, great prices and that secret spicey salsa is the best ! I love pp!

I had a chicken and a beef taco (soft flour tacos), both with the spicy sauce. The chunks of chicken were nicely cooked and the ground beef was tasty. A nice find and a great place to stop and get some quick post-​shopping nourishment on the way home from the Yonkers Costco/​Home Depot.

I’ve been going to the Pink Panther food truck for years. Everything they prepare is excellent. You can’t get a bigger bang for your buck. I’ll buy their rice and beans with chicken or pork and get two meals out of it. Had chicken tacos for lunch today — 2 were more than enough. Sometimes I’ll skip their Mexican meals and opt for hot dogs. Whatever I get from there is always good and plentiful and the women in the truck are always very nice and friendly.

Excellent beef Tacos! The staff are very nice and fast. The price is right 6 $ for two beef tacos. You cannot go wrong!

Went on Unilocal to find a place to get some good traditional tacos and saw pink panther had almost 5 stars. Finally got a chance to try it today and it met the hype! Great price and the truck was really busy. Got the beef and pork tacos and they were great. Both really fresh with the lettuce and pico. Have to get them spicy! It was refreshing, had great flavor and was everything you want in a great taco. Definitely have to go back more often.

Okay, so I drove by this truck every day for a year. I’m
apprehensive of food trucks, but was in the gambling
mood. Well now I’m hooked. I go at least once a week
and get my fix. Best tacos in YONKERS!!!

Excellent Mexican food. The pork tacos are great and very fresh. The woman working there is very nice. She’ll ask you if you want it spicy– I recommend you get it this way.
I had a bit of trouble finding the place. It’s on Saw Mill River Road, which runs parallel to the Saw Mill River Parkway. It’s just south of the Ravensdale Road intersection. If you’re coming from the south on the Parkway, take the Farragut Ave exit and turn left. If you see a large cemetery you’re too far north. I’ve updated the map with its location.
Don’t pass up this place for a quick lunch!

Great food! They’re always nice! I love to stop here anytime I’m driving by! Hot dogs are good and Tacos are too! I get mine spicy (they’re really not that spicy) but, regular is good too!!!

As I walked up, I was warmly greeted by a smiling lady. Both ladies working are sweet! I got pork tacos, a beef taco, and the rice and beans with beef, pork, and chicken. Don’t forget to ask for the spicy salsa! The portions are generous for the price! The tacos I had were full of flavor. The pork tacos definitely beat the beef ones. My boyfriend had the rice and beans dish, which was wonderful in flavor as well. Yum! Will definitely have to go back!

A true Unilocal!success story! This was my first food truck experience and I have to say, it was well worth the wait! Living and working in the suburbs, I’ve always heard about the great food you can get from these trucks and this one met all my expectations. I ordered three tacos: chicken, beef, and pork, all spicy. The pork was fantastic and the beef was a close second. The chicken left a little to be desired but still wasn’t bad. It all made for a very filling meal that, although not a true Tex-​Mex, satisfied my craving for some good Mexican food.

If Pink Panther’s mission statement is to deliver quality mexican food as a reasonable price, they’ve gone above and beyond.
I ordered the Tacos, one beef, one chicken, and one pork and they were all very tasty.
(The pork was my favorite, I ate it all. The others I split so that others could try)
Pricewise, at $ 2.50 a taco, is great and the fact that you can order piecemeal, as opposed to just a platter, really makes me love this place.
I’m a patron for life.

Let me start off by saying that I adore the lady who runs this truck. She is really sweet, and I’ll continue to go to the truck to support her.
Most of the food that I’ve had here has been pretty good. I’ve tried the chicken tacos, which are a bit on the bland side. The famous pork tacos are very tasty, for sure (but get there early, because they sell out quick!). The chicken tostada has a nice blend of flavors and crunch – my favorite thing I’ve tried here.
Sadly, I’m not a fan of the rice and beans. The rice is sticky and has a strange texture/​smell. The beans were simply nothing special. One thing that is consistent among all the items, and possibly my biggest gripe about this truck, is that everything is incredibly messy and drippy. I tend to be a clean eater, but I’ve found it impossible to stay clean when you’re eating at the Pink Panther.
I have to say though, this truck is very inexpensive for the amount of food you get. Great portions for the price. So give it a try if you’re near it!

GET THE PORK TACO’S. It’s the only thing I’ve ever eaten here and they are too good to bother trying anything else. Love this place, wish it was closer!

Just south on 9A from Ravensdale. Just a truck — a pink truck. But absolutely the best tacos you’ll find anywhere in the area. Beef, chix, and pork — pork is the bomb. Spicy is spicy, mild is mild, and good luck getting medium. Full plates, hot dogs, and cold drinks. Go — now.
