Five stars for speed and assistance. As soon as I walked in, store associates were available to point me to where the chainsaws were located. On the chainsaw aisle an associate was there helping people out. As soon as he saw me he helped me find an electric chainsaw. He even opened a box for me because the type I wanted to see wasn’t on display. Good job guys. #Winning

This Lowe’s store is continuing to disappoint. Not recommended unless no other choice. Weaknesses include: employee knowledge, inventory issues, integrating traditional store and online shopping(lack of Internet department and/or CSR), and basically good customer service skills. Every trip to this Lowe’s store is painful.

What can you say, it has whatever you are looking for besides workers when you have a question or a cashier when you need to check out. Oh wait that’s right it’s self serve with the self checkout. I try to stay away from here unless necessary, I’d rather go to my local hardware store. However they do normally have decent prices when you catch the sales.

Bought door, install, washer, refrigerator, blinds, install-all horrible. Delivery trucks do not communicate with main office. I have no clue what time the delivery people are coming. Door install: the installer did not drill the hole correctly ONTHEDOOR for the alarm sensor to come out correctly. I had to pay out of pocket $ 100 to get it fixed correctly. The alarm repair guy even wrote a paragraph on the invoice to explain how the door installer screwed up. I tried to get the money back from the installer. Lowes would not help me nor the contractor. Washer and refrigerator delivery was a hot mess since the delivery people do not communicate with the install sales. Blinds were not cut correctly twice. TWICE. The poor blind installer had to come twice. I had to stay home twice. We only had four blinds to install. He even wrote the measurement on the box. Lowes still got it wrong. I will try Home Depot next time.

I really don’t understand the difference between Lowe’s and Home Depot except that one is blue and the other is orange. I have noticed that whenever one lacks something I really want, the other has it or something complementary to it, from mail boxes to lawnmowers. Maybe one day they will combine the two and we will find a fabulous selection at Lowe Depot. But I’m not holding my breath.
