Good cheap beer, wings are good, like how the boneless wings are the same price as the bone in wings. Friendly staff.

Ordered delivery for lunch at work the order day and the delivery time took longer than they said it was, The food was cold and not all the wings with dressed with the sauce. Just a pretty sucky experience all around.

Nice, fun environment, polite staff, very good wings. Certainly better the the over-​rated ones down the road at Candlelight! Need to speed up the service a bit, but overall a great spot!

We went to this restaurant last night having never been there before. Ordered wings with 2 flavors for a starter and a cuban sandwich half rack of ribs for the main course. People came in 20 minutes after us and were receiving their food we asked the waiter why. He said they made a mistake in the kitchen with our order, The main course came out no wings so we canceled the wings. The cuban sandwich had no pickles on it and when we complained the manager brought the pickles after we had finished eating. At $ 40 for substandard food ribs overcooked cuban sandwich not much meat and no pickles save your money and time skip this place. Wish we had looked up reviews before we went it would have saved time and money. The manager apologized and as we left he was also apologizing to the people in front of us.

i really love the wings from this place this is why i still come here. the problem i have is that they only helping 2 customers and they take 50 mins to get my order and en extra 20 mins to get my check. the food is good the problem is that they take too long to get the food out. not coming here again.

If you like frozen food then this is your place, food is nasty tried almost everything since their opening years ago, beer is good, service is ok as long as the barmaid has not had to many shots, don’t waste your money or time.

Pros: Kids like it, Tuesdays free for kids, beer selection.
Cons: Terrible food, amateur service.
After last night’s embarrassingly bad service, we decided we are never going back. After a very long wait, the appetizer (nachos) came out at the same time as the rest of the food. And let me tell you, if nachos like that were brought to a table in Texas, you may well incite a riot. No cutlery or napkins were brought to the table until after the food was brought and we had to ask; the kids juices came very late. I could go on… Generally speaking, after having gone to this location many times, we are done with the subpar service and food.

I am made to give a star but it deserves nothing at all. At first, I wasn’t even going to waste my time with this restaurant… As far as the food, it’s ok but the management and customer service there is terrible. I have worked in the restaurant business and have been a manager before so customer service is what makes a business thrive. At this particular restaurant, the manager names Christie is the worst example of leadership I EVER saw… in this day and time and how our economy is, we go to restaurants because it’s convenient. Most of the foods that are made can be made at home because of the demand to cut cost to be able to live. I never expected to be standing in front of a very rude and disrespectful person as she is. She allowed a simple conversation to escalate for no reason. If you can’t display some form of leadership in quote «your» establishment then how do you expect your employees to follow you… I think that the ones that work there don’t understand that one bad choice or how you treat a customer or even another employee can damage your character in that moment. I have learned that the worst places to work are the worst places to eat at. A revolving door of employees that are hired, fired, or even quit is not a good look… The only thing I would say about this place is that I won’t be returning back… Be careful if you are looking for a job to work there. It’s not worth it… They have no ethic or a good training system. Just a very rude manager that will NEVER get anywhere up the ladder in that establishment but where she is now… Once a person gets SETTLED in their job the job and establishment will suffer… That restaurant is suffering with Christie as its manager… if you eat there, do carry out. Not worth sitting where to eat.

I previously reviewed as all 5’s bc everything was great, boy was I wrong. Placed an almost $ 100 order today, they forgot 2 items. I called back letting them know. The guy who took the order and answered the phone was helpful and said they would send it right over. I received a call 35 mins later from the guy who «packed the bag» stating that he remembers putting the items in the bag. I let him know that the bags were all gone and the 2 items were definitely missing. After a few minute argument, I told him that over a total of $ 8, I would no longer be ordering from them. Customer service is terrible at this place, what a shame!

This place has delicious food and I always loved the atmosphere and interior decorations.
Just the service can sometimes be a bit on the slow side and a little inattentive even though the place may not be too busy. Staff seems to always be changing too almost every time I’ve been there.
Besides those two things I always enjoy coming here to eat for either dinner or lunch and picking from their huge selection of wings!
One time my wings didn’t come out correctly and the manager came out to apologize and took them off the bill, I think that was extremely professional and was much appreciated!

I really like the wings and the bacon jalapeño fries here. A few negatives to this location though, the front of your restaurant has been boarded up for well over a month now, get it fixed it looks horrible and gives the appearance that you are closed.
The lighting in the bar needs to be turned way down! You have plenty of beer signs and TV’s to light up the place, use them to your advantage.
Your tap beer prices are ridiculous! $ 6.50 for a pint of Cherry Wheat is way too much, $ 5 is a good price point especially for a bar/​restaurant that never has more than 8 customers at one time.
Run some enticing specials, no one wants to pay $ 25 for wings and a pitcher of Bud (yuck who drinks that sh*t anyway)! First off if you are forcing everyone to get a full pitcher of beer with their wings then they are going to drink the whole pitcher, get drunk and drive home, not a smart move Hurricane Wings!
10 wings and a pint of beer $ 10-​$ 12 MAX and you’ll be packed during a game. I can guarantee if there was more enticing specials here I would bring all my coworkers from down the road on Monday night football.
Positives: The young male tatted up bartender is great! He is very personable and friendly. He goes out of his way to make you enjoy your time at his bar.
Also Kristy is a great addition to this place too. She is also very nice and friendly.
With a few smart moves this place could be a great hangout but in it’s state now it is really depressing and drab.
FIX THE SMASHED/​BOARDED UP FRONT ASAP!!!

Came on a weds. afternoon and the place was empty. Service was very good, server recommended a different craft beer than I ordered on special and worked out nicely. Order a well done burger and it was cooked perfectly, far too often it comes out burnt elsewhere. Fries were tasty and seasoned nicely. 4 stars because my burger took almost 45 minutes to come out and a little pricey but overall I would recommend over competitors in the the area like Outback and TGI Fridays.

I’ve been to Hurricane several times before because my boyfriend and I LOVE wings. The atmosphere in Hurricane is fun. It’s Hawaiian «Tiki» themed and definitely has an interesting vibe. However, they definitely could use some improvements.
1) The wings are GOOD. Which is why I come here. The prices are reasonable and the menu is to the point. It’s way better than Buffalo Wild Wings but I still prefer Candlelight. However, the wait at Candlelight is always so long and crowded — which is why I come to Hurricane when I don’t want to deal with the extra stress.
2) I noticed the service at Hurricane has taken the turn for the worse. My boyfriend and I had a waitress that was very rude and careless. I don’t remember her name but she was Asian (nothing wrong with that.) It took us 40 minutes to receive our appetizer. (The fried pickles are great btw). However, this is unacceptable for an appetizer. We got the nachos as well. (Personally they need to add more stuff on them, most of the nachos were plain at the bottom). Then after 40 minutes of waiting… the food came out at the exact same time. We had no time to enjoy each part of the meal. It was completely unprofessional. She never came back to check for re-​fills, never brought the extra bleu cheese we needed until the end of the meal and was very rude each time we spoke with her. I hope we don’t have an experience like this again at Hurricane otherwise we may not come back.

I don’t know why this place is still open. Do yourself a favor and do not come here. We came on a Friday night and there were no spots and so we decided to go park in the back and low and behold it look like a New York City train station. Rats everywhere going in and out of the garbage. We turned around and came home and didn’t even go inside. Wish I can give this place no stars but it only gives me the option to give one. So if you want to eat rat tails this is the best place for you but it’s just not for us.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Crowd was pretty sparse. Ordered garlic parmesan fries, dynamite shrimp, and a small (10) order of wings. Originally, we were here because I was craving wings. However, we ended up devouring the fries and shrimp and packing up the wings to take home. They were that good. The wings were jumbo and fried «naked» (no breading), then tossed in your choice of sauce or rub. We selected the raspberry chipotle BBQ and the smokey mesquite rub, both of equal spice level. The meat seemed a little dry, not juicy. Though their mid-​afternoon happy hour on drinks was a plus.
Bottom line: Wish Hurricane had half-​priced appetizers with their happy hour. Other than that, great food.

Before closing months back, the food was really good and the in service was great!
Unfortunately, some times it hard to do a comeback. We ordered wings for delivery; it took over an hour to arrive, and we are less then 5 minutes away. The person taking the order, could not comprehend – placing the order should have been the first sign!!! When the order finally did arrive, (in my Gordon Ramsey voice) «the wings were raw»; we were loyal diners, both in restaurant and delivery – not any more! Hurrican is a waste, save the aggregation and taste buds, go to Candlelight instead!

Right up front, hostess was pleasant Waitress Elizabeth was very smiley and friendly. Ordered pull pork sliders! Tender and very flavorful. Side of garlic and broccoli was nice and fresh! Will definitely return to do the wings and beer! Everyone came by to see if everything was ok. Great atmosphere too!

I ordered food from them through Eat24. The food arrived on time, but the food was not the best. The wings and the burger were tasteless. Even after putting additional sauce, the food tasted bland. The cheese was barely present.
Not that it is a benchmark worthy place, but Buffalo Wild Wings in White Plains has much better Wings and Burgers. Not going to order from them again, awful food.

My first time here with my boyfriend and his friend and his wife. It was recommended from his friends sister and her husband who has been here before.
First off I love the island feel in the place makes a cold winter evening feel a little warmer and definitely turns anyone’s mood better. Not to mention there was parking! Unlike down the road…
Our waitress was awesome I forgot her name but she had very short hair and was also short. Great staff will set the tone! So good job there!
We ordered a bunch of food. I remember the mango quesadillas were delicious. Some pork sliders. Which came 3 in an order. The apple bacon smoked burger was very good and cooked to order medium.
The guys were happy because they had TVs for the games they wanted to watch on tv specifically football. When I saw that they had one near me on Long Island I will have to check out their wait and cook staff and see if compares!
