Terrible place to go. Disappointed in myself when deciding to go here
Food was below average, got some wings and burger sliders. Food was dry, stale and tasteless, didn’t taste fresh at all. Everything was generic and nothing better than any fast food restaurant you can go to.
On top of that service was horrible, slow and impolite. As well as the teenagers coming in and out being obnoxious and loud, really difficult to enjoy your meal while these kids are annoying and yelling in your ears

Boneless wings were terrible. All batter, hardly any chicken. Really? If you’re going to name your establishment after your specialty, they should at least be decent. Nachos were ok. Our server was nice but slow. He Bill was not that much but I’m sure that I’ll be paying later with that batter.

Not the best BWW I’ve been to, but it’s a good place to grab a beer, some wings, and watch the game in downtown White Plains. Football Sunday’s tend to draw a crowd, so it can get loud, particularly if the Jets or Giants are playing.
Service is average to below average depending on how busy then are. Hudson Grille is another good place to catch the game too.

I regret every moment in this restaurant and every calorie wasted on sub-​par chicken. Don’t go.

Here is your drink, here is the mustard. Here is blah blah blah… Never cared to check if we need drinks or anything and just drop food in front of me. Or interrupted me and my son to put the drink in the middle. Really?! We need to raise our hands like in the school to ask PERMISSIONS to order food/​drinks.

Can’t go wrong with the wings here. Love teriyaki bbq sauce the best! Service can be a little more prompt though. I waited 45 minutes before the food got here. But worth it. Delicious!

One of worst experiences I ever had sitting at a bar — wings weren’t hot when I got them and couldn’t get a second beer when I asked — only one bartender at busy bar and she was handling all the people at long bar as well as all nearby tables — she was frazzled trying to keep up

I went on a Football Sunday so needless to say it was extremely loud but the ambiance was fun. I sat at the bar and the bar service was pretty good.
We ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Caesar Wrap and of course an order of boneless wings.
Everything was very good.
For drinks I decided to try the Dos-​a-​Rita which was basically a classic margarita with a Dos XX beer mixed in it. I was initially disappointed to see that there wasn’t an actual beer bottle inside the drink like the picture. The drink itself was not good. I would not order it again.
After that drink I ended up just ordering a beer. I asked for a Blue Moon but they were all out of it so I had to settle for a Dos XX. I figured I’d order the same beer that was in my drink.
Overall, I really like this place. So far I’ve enjoyed the food every time I come!

Great service at the bar. This particular location is in an old bank where the actual vault is still there. Cool!!!

Not the best BWW’s, I’ve experienced! Went Saturday during a day of shopping and we were hungry so decided on BWW. The sampler dish was delightful!
The cocktails lacked any delisious adult beverage surprise (Patron Marguerita was weak and Vodka berry/​angry orchard drink was like koolaid).
The wings flavors were thrown in together, so you were not sure if you had jerk wing or a honey bbq.
Some guest like a split!
The room was cold! One guest put her coat on to get warm!
Don’t think I’ll return to this location any time soon!!!

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings with my teacher and classmates yesterday. That food was very delicious. I recommend there blue cheese hamburger. And there service was great.

Horrible service (vacant upstairs, wrong order, can’t understand separate checks and then not enough change!!!), fruit flys EVERYWHERE no towels in the bathroom, no utensils, and THE WINGS WERE HORRIBLE. Yea, caps, I went there.
F!I went here, big mistake, upset by the whole experience, oh well.

I gave this experience two stars because the food was good but the service may very well have been the worst I’ve ever had. It took well over 40 minutes from the time I ordered to actually get my food, my glass was empty for at least 15 minutes of that, and was never refilled. I ate dessert with my hands because my waitress couldn’t give me new silverware and she never brought my check, because she didn’t come back to the table, I asked another waitress in passing to get it for me. The restaurant was nowhere near crowded enough for any of this to go on so I assume she was just incompetent. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this location is clearly a disaster so I won’t be returning.

We came to watch the Giants game, our waitress Dee was very good but I am giving 5 stars because of the bar back Alex. This young man busted his behind the whole day, clearing plates, cleaning tables, even underneath the tables and at one point this young man was carrying four highchairs over his head to put back in the storage closet. My stay was very enjoyable but the highlight of my outing was being impressed with this young man’s work ethic.

Absolutely the worst, slowest, and generally uncaring service I’ve ever seen in a restraunt. Save your time and go somewhere else.

This is my first bad review! Firstly as far as chains go I do like bww in general!
This location is beautiful a refurbished bank vibe it is large and has plenty of room for those busy events!
And that’s what got it the second star
Me and my buddy stopped in for a beer and a meal after a day of golf, early after noon and it was not that busy, which is never good for a wait staff, that was apparent as they were all too busy talking to seat us, then after finally finding beer on the menu that they had stocked we had to wait 30 minutes for lunch sandwiches in a place that was maybe at 25% capacity with a full staff.
Upon completion we just wanted a check but our waiter was too busy flirting with literally the only other customers I timed him at around 10 minutes with me and my buddy giving those passive looks and hand raises, just terrible service for a respectable chain… Still better than Applebee’s for beer and sports!

Horrible food. I ordered the boneless chicken bbq wings, the chilli con queso dip, and the mediterranean salad. All three things were horrible. The chicken was heavily breaded, I couldn’t eat it, or chew on it. The chili con queso was just cheese wiz, not even real cheese and I found SOME meat at the bottom with 1 bean. The mediterranean salad was OK. But we were already disappointed by the food that the salad failed to make up for the chicken.
We saw a fight last night (UFC) and the fight was amazing! The crowd was great! The server was actually pretty awesome. I’ll give HIM 5 stars. The service was actually pretty good. BUT, the food sucked.

The restaurant is always busy, but we were seated almost right away! Very unusual for a Saturday night. The place is huge and stocked with sports memorabilia and televisions. Some of the tables are more comfortable than others with spacing, but it’s an active atmosphere.
Once seated, we had our drink and orders taken quickly! We ordered the fried pickles, my boyfriends favorite, the jalapeño pepper bites, a second favorite, and lastly the new Irish wedges which were almost impossible to stop eating. He ordered the medium traditional wings, allowing for 3 flavors and I ordered a grilled BBQ chicken sandwich. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and ate them fairly quickly! The bill was even VERY reasonable for the amount of food we had with it coming in under $ 50!!! Amazing.

I went with a couple of my friends, to watch the Wilds Cards game of NFL and UFC PPV Fight. If you want to sit-​down and eat while a sport event is showing on TV, you should go a few hours before the event start. The places was pack

The Spicy Garlic Wings: Is a tasty, spicy, garlicky with sauces. The wings were nice and crispy and the spicy garlic sauce was so good, it had a great flavor.
For my entrée:
The Big Jack Daddy Burger: Is a burger that they pile hickory smoked pulled pork, fried onion rings, cheddar jack cheese and a signature of the honey BBQ sauce on an burger. My burger was cook well done, and unfortunately the only way they cook, burgers in this place making it very, very dry and a weird taste.
So, The bottom line is, if you’re looking for chicken wings, for appetizer, have a good beer and too watch a sport event, this is the perfect place for you but if you’re looking for a burger, find somewhere else to eat.
