I went to this Dunkin on a Saturday morning and it’s surprisingly very very popular. The store is very narrow making the queue very chaotic. The line was almost out the door when I was there, but it moved surprisingly quickly. Because of how the line/queuing system is set up, it made it much more chaotic than necessary. The food/drink was standard Dunkin. Tasted very standardize and expected, which I can’t really complain about when going to a chain. The service was subpar. There were two people at the register and one was very cheery and pleasant, and the other(the one serving me) was seemingly annoyed.

Whenever I want a mindless sweet coffee, I prefer to come to DDs over Starbucks. Mind you, my orders(per winter or summer) are complicated, and I understand it’s annoying. but when I mean MELTED sugar, I mean MELTED. For whatever reason, the workers here put more care and consideration into the drinks made. Moreso than other DDs I’ve patroned!

This DD location was the one I frequented when I lived in West Hartford and especially when I went to University of Hartford. During my days in college you could see me in here every Sunday morning grabbing a bagel and a cup of coffee. When I first came to this area, they were a Kosher Dunkin Donuts, which I thought was awesome. They did eventually change once their DD’s breakfast sandwiches started becoming more popular, but since I never got meat there anyway it was never a big deal to me. I don’t go to this location very often anymore, but when in the area, this is my DD I go to.
