Great service, nice ambiance, friendly and knowledgeable bartender. Loved every beer in the flight we ordered.

I will start of by saying that I am not a person to go for beer but I enjoyed a majority of what was offered. We used the Unilocal check in and were able to try all 12 beers that were offered. I would say I enjoyed 8⁄12. I especially liked the no veto, the Irish style red, and the Java. Definitely go!

Nice place, good beer. Got a flight and really enjoyed the small batch brews that are made right here. Seems the ordering process might need some more organization as there were people just walking up all around the bar area and the bartender seemed a bit overwhelmed.

We had a great time! This was our second visit. Last time we got a flight of beer to get a good sense of the beers and just observed while sitting in comfy chairs and cool coffee tables made of tree stumps. This time we visited we started a game of big Jenga and so much fun! There are so many fun games including this big Jenga and connect four. We will be back for more games and great beer. Bottom line: start with the flight so you can try them all and then get pints of your favorite from there!

A cool brewery! Pretty crowded. I was lucky to see one of their events. A great band, a Korean food truck, a college event a few blocks away,… Taste: Simply good. They have about 10 kinds of beer. Price: Average. Flight is cheaper than other ones around here. Customer service: Friendly. Interior: Cool. There are art works on the walls.

If you like craft beer, you should come here. While most of the beers are brewed in Charlottesville, there are a few that they brew on site. Most all the beers are pretty good. I especially liked the Roggenberry Rye and the Coffee Stout. Their collab with O’Connor’s El Guapo Agave IPA, 40 Mile To the Border, was crazy and will beat up your palate. The board games, giant jenga, shuffleboard, and cool playlists made it a nice afternoon to relax and have a few with friends.

We stopped in on Saturday, early afternoon and the place was pretty full. There was only one bartender which made wait time(s) a little lengthy, especially since he had to wash glassware as well. I will say that he took a couple dollars off our bill for an ‘inconvenience fee’ when we only got half of the flight of six that we ordered at one time because of the glass situation, which was pretty cool of him to do. As far as the beer, it was… mehhh. The prices were very reasonable though.

We checked out this brewery after dinner on a Saturday evening. They have a LOT of choices on tap, but perhaps too many. They may want to focus on a few and perfect them, instead of so many choices. Hubs had a 6 beer flight and preferred the darker beers, which he doesn’t usually. I had a half pint of Hefeweisen, but it was not my fave Hef ever. The prices were very reasonable, which clearly appealed to the college crowd. The atmosphere here is interesting(there was a guy with a little kid there at 9 p.m.). They could use some additional seating. They had board games out, which was fun. It was fun to check out, but we probably wouldn’t go again.

Great beer, beautiful space, games, relaxing atmosphere. From my experience, the best beer in town! Today they had German chocolate cake beer. As good as it sounds. Must visit in Harrisonburg!
