I can’t say enough good things about this company. After renting from Riner’s which was a nightmare. Having great landlords and now realtor was a dream come true. I had considered properties through them a few years back but didn’t end up renting. Still found them super helpful and easy to reach. We later rented from them for 2 years out in Bridgewater. Our house one summer ended up flooding due to it being on a flood plain and they sent out a crew to help eliminate the problem right away and notified the homeowner as well. The homeowner even let us have a month rent free. When we decided to buy a house, they helped us find subleasers so we could end our lease early to buy a house. Bernard drove us around for 3 months and put up with my picky self as we looked for houses. I can’t say enough about him and how much he helped us during our first time home buy. Even held our hand through the closing and everything! Love these guys. When we sell our house they will be our listing agents.

We have had a very positive renting experience with Rocktown. Any issue we’ve ever had has always been addressed VERY quickly. They even personally came out to our house on the 4^th of July, right after we moved in, because we couldn’t get our pilot light to come on. Great service!
