Worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with, specifically the landlord is awful. Nickels and dimes for everything. Only has his own interests above everything and everyone else. Someone broke into our house over break and he made me pay out of pocket for the damage done to the house as a tenant. Homes they rent out are fairly nice which is why students come to them. Not nearly worth the burden of being a tenant under this property mgmt company though because you will pay later, literally. Spare yourself and stay away.
