I waited 3 minutes at the door and no host or hostess bothered to show me to a table.
So, I then assumed you walk in and decided to find myself a seat. I waited at least 15 minutes, and a waiter never even came.
It wasn’t because they were busy, because they weren’t. There were only 6 people, including me, in the restaurant.
So I got fed up and left. Not going to come back ever again.

QS&L is good but nothing truly extraordinary. The service is extremely slow, food is pretty overpriced, & the time it takes to bring your order out is ridiculous. Any drink that isn’t water is expensive as well. Almost $ 4 for a lemonade? I wouldn’t recommend not ever going here, but you can find better food somewhere else.

Good but they sent out a flyer saying that they deliver on Fridays and Saturdays and I called Friday night around 7 or 8 and they said that they didn’t have any drivers on. Also, they advertise having a drive up window to pick up your to go orders but I’ve been there on 2 occasions and both times no one has been there to answer the window after I’ve waiting 5 minutes.

The wings are good and service is usually good. I have eaten here probably 5 times with good service and only 1 experience with bad service. We never had wings before so the waitress gave some generic answers about the different sauces when we asked. However, the table next to us that had two guys who appeared to be single got extra attention. She spent extra time at that table while neglecting us and even brought the guys samples of wing sauce (this struck me the wrong way since she was not very helpful when we were choosing sauces just moments before nor did she offer us samples of sauces). I have been back since and gotten good service so I guess we just happened to get a bad waitress on that visit.

Great! Very attentive, efficient staff. Delicious food, generous portions. While my hamburger was being grilled, it split in half. So the manager turned my quarter pounder into a half pounder AND took 20% off our bill. The burger was huge & delicious.

Quaker Steak and Lube came through with its promise of wittiness and delicious wings. It happens to be Tuesday when we get in town; All the Wings You Can Eat Night. We tried several of the different sauces and all were great. We probably shouldn’t have sprung the $ 14 price per person, bcz after awhile we were just stuffed. We weren’t too thrilled with the local craft beers; they didn’t have any Double IPAs nor Porters.
The biggest LOL are the doorknobs when you walk in. The place has a race car theme (which you can imagine by their punny name), and all the doorknobs are fuel pump handles. The friendly wait staff wear T-​shirts with cute grease monkey puns. And they gave me a Crazy Straw with my water. Definitely a fun place!

There are so many other places in the area to get wings and burgers that are better. All the food here is so salty. With so many great local places, why go here? Stray from chain restaurants and have a good meal somewhere else!

Yummy! 2nd time coming here to Harrisonburg Quaker Steak & Lube. Had a late lunch/​early supper so not very many people in the restaurant at 3:00pm on a week day. Waitress was very nice. Ordered lots of food to eat there and eat later.
Boneless wings were good, cheese fries the best, potato soup was good. Will come back next year to try more wing sauces.
We love the decorations with the motorcycles hanging and spinning in the ceiling!

Good food and lots of it — wings are their specialty with a choice of sauces. I had the boneless wing salad which was very good. But the spicy food is meant for younger stomachs than mine (where’s my Nexium?). Popular with young people but there were a few grey hairs like my wife and me. Atmosphere is NASCAR/​Biker fusion.

The atmosphere is awesome sadly the food is not. I’ve been here many times because of the lube tubes and atmosphere but choose not to waste money on the food. The «all you can eat» wings is kind of disappointing. The servers take forever to bring out the wings/​come back to take our next orders. You end up filling up after 2nd round of wings because of the long weight. Great place to drink but wouldn’t recommend food.

Food is mediocre bar fare. Waitstaff was was unprofessional, slow, and rude. If you’re looking for wings and great beer, I would recommend Billy Jacks downtown highly above this place.

Have patronized QS&L many times since my first review. Every time I am not disappointed. The food continues to be delicious and the service spot on. The number of items on the menu is huge but I always end up picking ribs or wings served up with some super hot and spicy sauce.
I still highly recommend this restaurant. You cannot go wrong.

My first visit to this chain. I had the Thai wings and they were perfect. I liked the hot wet nap and Twizzler at the end of the meal. Very cute. The only criticism for the food is the blue cheese dressing should be freshly made instead of a foil capped plastic pot with the restaurant name on it.
Decorations were great, loved the TV in the ladies room and in the floor as you walked in. Wish we had one of these on the Treasure Coast of FL!

Great wing place. We had a quick family meal here when we were rolling through the area. The service was great and the wings were pretty good. Its a sports bar, so its pretty loud.

Second visit to a QS&L. My wife reluctantly ordered the grilled Salmon dinner. («Not sure this is the kind of place to find good Salmon» she said.) It was exceptionally good. Moist and perfectly cooked.
Our server recommended the baby back ribs. Based on the fact that they brag about their wings I thought their ribs would be good. I was disappointed. They lacked flavor and weren’t all that tender. The «side-​car» portions were very skimpy. Baked beans were very good. The machine and cheese was excellent but, again, was a very small portion.
Overall, I still like this place. My first visit found the cheeseburger to be very, very good. And, my favorite beer (Yuengling) was nice and cold!
