Not sure why there are some bad reviews. Agreed, this is not the world’s best artisan-​made pizza, but it is noticeably better than its competitors like Papa John’s, Domino’s, or Pizza Hut, and priced comparably. I placed a delivery order yesterday (Saturday night of the snow storm) as they were the only place in Harrisonburg delivering. They told me it would be delivered to my hotel in 1 hour, and it arrived on time and hot. We had it with a bottle of wine and it was definitely in the «very good pizza» category. If I wanted pizza delivery in Harrisonburg I would not hesitate to give them my business again.

Not sure why people comment on the building at Channellos, its not a sit down restaruant. Ive never had an issue with their service. Pizza is great and is a bargain!

SO disrespectful. I ordered something and they delivered the wrong order. When I complained, the employee simply hung up on me. I have never felt so disrespected.
They were so rude. I called back and the same employee hung up on me again for complaining about receiving a plain cheesy bread rather than a cheese pizza. Normally, I wouldn’t have gotten upset over a simple mistake, but from the way I was treated, it left a sour taste in my mouth.

This is the worst pizza I have ever had. Despicable quality, they fact they even think they can charge 11 dollars for this quality is insane. DO NOT ever order from them you will be incredibly dissapointed. This pizza is gross and disgusting they should be shutdown. It’s unfortunate that I have to even give them one star.
