This place gets packed mostly during soccer events down at the Redbulls! The owner O Donnell’s is more about the experience of tasting beer rather than getting drunk off of it. He was extremely welcoming, he even offers hotdogs on game days for free! He lets you sample beers and tries to get you something new but good! The place doesn’t offer food altogether but it’s best this way. It’s a hidden gem. I’ve passed by it a thousand times and always wanted to go in, finally I did and I was not disappointed. O Donnell’s will have striking conversations with you and make sure your time spent here is golden

Very low-​key and quiet when I came here (on a Friday evening). I’m sure that changes. Comfortable atmosphere.
The bartender (believe it was the owner) was extremely nice and accommodating.
There’s no beer menu so I had no idea what to order. Wish they had some sort of a chalkboard at least… There was a line of people sitting by the taps so I didn’t feel like creeping behind them to take a look so I just asked for an IPA. Enjoyed my choice but still wish I could have seen all the options. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning.
I liked the area too. Definitely recommend this spot.

This is my home away from home. Love the beer and scotch selection! (Since that’s what I drink) James is a friend and knowledgable bar tender. I always enjoy being at O’Donnells. Oh yeah, there’s also a dart board in the back!

This is by far the most amazing place I’ve ever been to!!! The beer is amazing and Jimmy always makes awesome selections. The atmosphere is super chill, and the bartender, Jimmy is awesome! You must come to this place if you like great beer and a game of foosball!!! I highly recommend the apple white beer with a splash of raspberry lambic! JIMMY YOU’RE THE MAN!!! Xoxox Paula :)

One of my favorite bars ever. The owner, James, is a great guy. Great selections of beers both on tap and in the cooler. He also has a great selection of Irish whiskey, and knows his stuff. I’ve learned more about whiskey sitting in this pub than I ever thought possible. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

To say that Jim — the owner — knows his stuff is an understatement. O’Donnell’s is a Harrison hidden gem– rarely full, classic irish pub interior and yes, amazing beer. Debit cards are accepted. Come with an open mind, because you won’t find coors light or any of the usual suspects. Most importantly, come to O’Donnell’s to enjoy the beer, a long line of different brews you’ve never heard of but will leave the place loving.

Seldom do I tread into the world of beers, as an avid wine drinker; however I could not pass up the opportunity that the window suggested. The atmosphere is genuine, accommodating both regulars and groups alike and although I usually protest the display of sports television, here it reminded me to just throw of my pretentious disposition and have a good time.
I know little about beer but I can tell the difference between the likes of a Heineken and good dark lager; the later which informs and defines this kind of bar… Easily the most important establishment in Harrison; cross-​categorically.

An authentic Irish Pub with the best Guiness in the state. In addition to the Guiness, there are 10 other taps that are rotated regularly with excellent beers from small breweries around the world. The bottled beer selection is huge and excellent, while the whiskey and gin varieties are also a plenty. This is definitely not the place to go if your idea of beer is limited to Budweiser, Coors, or Corona; you probably won’t find them at O’Donnell’s. This is a pub for the discriminating drinker.
The only reason I gave this 4 stars and not 5 is because the kitchen isn’t open yet and they don’t take credit cards.
