New China III

Hands down the best Chinese Take Out in Harrison. I cant say enough about this place. Since I moved here in early 2012 Ive tried many in town even the previous establishment at this location. Nothing holds a candle to this place. Lisa who works the counter (I assume that’s her name from my receipts) is always friendly over the phone for delivery and in person when I pick up… that seems to a rarity. Dishes my family orders with complete consistency: General Tso’s white meat chicken, Shrimp & Broccoli, Curry Chicken and Singapore Rice Noodles. Ribs are great too. Keep up the good work.

Great food, all vegetables are fresh not frozen. Great prices, good portions and the owners are friendly. Try the hot and sour soup, one of the best I’ve ever had!

Harrison has a few Chinese take-​out places scattered around just like any of the other surrounding towns of Mamaroneck, Rye or Port Chester. After taking over from the previous owners, the current proprietors of this space opened up New China III and have done good things with it. The Fuji Chinese & Japanese restaurant before this did neither cuisines very well and I’m glad the new owners decided to go back to their roots and are doing what they do best. They’ve also embraced the internet by offering on-​line ordering with delivery, either through GrubHub or their own website.
The lunch specials are your standards that you’ll find on most any take-​out Chinese menu. General Tso’s Chicken, Beef & Broccoli, Egg Foo Young or Sweet & Sour Pork are all here. I can’t quantify it, but the taste seems to hit it just right and there seems to be that extra shrimp or piece of chicken that makes their dishes just that much more enjoyable. Maybe it’s the cute sectioned plastic take-​out containers. Maybe it’s snowing like crazy out there and any food right now is ambrosia, but we’ll just have to keep on coming back for more.

This place was a random try from Grubhub. I needed a new Chinese Food place and let me tell you it’s not let me down yet. First off I’ve ordered from them threw Grubhub and they are so fast it’s not even funny. The food soup well just about everything is great but we love their chicken and broccoli its are all time favorite.
