This agency was hired by my landlord at the time to show my apartment. Judy was rude in handing the showings and wasn’t up to date with using technology.
Judy did not respond to my text messages asking her to not ring the doorbell because my newborn and toddler would be sleeping during a showing. Instead, Judy rang the bell four times and when I asked her if she received my text she responded, «I don’t do texts.»
There were also several occasions when I had to decline showings due to having a newborn in the apartment. Judy often overrode my declines causing me to have to call the agency repeatedly to decline the showings again.
The apartment that she was showing, which was the 2 family apartment that I stayed at during the time – on Post Place in Harrison, was terrible. The landlord and his family lived below me, and they had constant family arguments. Also, they were smokers and the cigarette smoke would travel up to my apartment which made one of the bedrooms completely unusable. The plumbing was poor and our bathtub got topped up on more than one occasion. We also had to buy several space heaters because the landlord would not turn up the heat on a regular basis.
If you are a prospective tenant using Judy to help you find an apartment I would be wary.

Joan Harris was terrible. We were told that we were «too high maintenance» because we provided a map with our target radius highlighted. Truthfully, she is an older woman and after one email message with me asked to have a phone conversation. I don’t believe that she is comfortable with technology and that’s why she wasn’t capable of being helpful.
Good luck if you choose this company to list with. I may suggest going with a company who hires employees who can handle technology.
