This McDonald’s has cockroaches. They should have to shutdown and be fumigated. You know it’s bad when the roaches are on your countertops.

On more than one occasion I had to wait close to 10 minutes in the drive thru so I thought going inside Id have a better experience, was I wrong. I waited close to 10 minutes going inside also. Be sure to double check your order. Once they forgot the bbq sauce for my nuggets and no butter or napkins with another order. The inside dining area was filthy and it really wasn’t that busy. Not going here again.

i live in Eastpointe but will drive right past the one one 9 mile to come to this one near my work. Unlike the one on 9 mile, this McDonald’s is clean and the drive through staff are very friendly and efficient in the mornings.

2 out of the 2 times we’ve gone to this mcdonalds, they’ve forgotten something in my order or have me the wrong item. So annoying

The mornimg staff here and friendly and fast. The afternoon staff are slow and rude. It all just depends on which team members are working

All I wanted yesterday was a Mcflurry, so I sent my boyfriend up there to get us each one, the Mcflurry was half full. So we paid for a large and got a small, plus there was barely any peanut butter cups. Bummer when you really have a craving for something!

Yeah, okay it’s McDonald’s. As far as the McDonald’s goes the staff here is quite friendly, and the food is always cooked to order and served quickly. I think they do an excellent job of keeping it clean which isn’t always the case at several locations and I get to do in the greater Detroit area. All in all it’s a good halfway point for those of us that are commuters, and the coffees good which is all that really matters.

This is one of the worst Mcdonalds you will every visit. Unfortunately, it is in a location where I feel somewhat forced to stop in. It is the only location in H. Township, and it is right next to the bike path(I run it nearly every day during the summer months). The drive thru very rarely moves quick I couldn’t remember the last time it actually was fast! I have ordered on several occasions the«oatmeal» and it is NEVER done correctly, it is either too watery or not enough water. On one occasion when I confronted a manger about the excessively watery oatmeal they told me” that’s how it is” — REALLY! When I had a bad experience with the drive thru and called the franchises main office I was told they will investigate the matter, NOAPOLOGY, nothing. FYI: A friend of mine had a bad experience at a Mcdonalds in Troy, and the franchise owner wrote a letter to him, personally apologized over the phone, and gave him a $ 25 gift card. I am not expecting that much but at the VERYLEAST I expect an apology for poor customer service. They will also nickel and dime you here, don’t even think about asking for another sweet and sour sauce with chicken nuggets you will get charged — that is after spending $ 20 through the drive thru and only asking for one additional sauce. I really could go on… just don’t go to this Mcdonalds!

I stopped in earler today and ordered two breakfast meals It was pretty quick and efficient. Well, maybe too quick and efficient, because they only packed one napkin in the bag. They must have taken one look at me and recognized I was an impeccable eater and would only need one napkin. But, unfortunately, since this was take-out, I would be sharing my booty with another person, hence the reason for ordering two meals in the first place. I share my opinions, meals and other things, but I usually don’t share my napkins. OK, I’m sure I’ll get two napkins next time. They have a two-line drive thru for ordering. Then it all comes together into one line for picking up your food, and it works seamlessly. This is a favorite destination for many joggers and runners and bicyclists(alright, and people walking their dogs too) who wish to use the bike path that runs along Metro Parkway. They simply park over by McDonald’s in the Mariners Pointe shopping center parking lot and go on their way.
