Ordered my first iphone 6 from salesperson Steve I think he is a senior representative by his demeanor. I had to wait an hour for service but it was a 10 on the survey sent to me as he was very knowledgable and took time to answer my questions and made sure I had a good experience - why he isn’t a manager is the only UN answered question. :-)

This store sucks, short of staff and they need to train employees to take care of the business rather than sit down talking non sense with customers, keeping in mind that they are short of employees. I had to wait close to an hour and there were only 4 customers vs 2 employees(Jared and Angel). So better plan your time ahead before visiting this place!

This is the AT&T store at The Shoppes at Susquehanna Marketplace. Zero stars. The employees blatantly lied to me, then lied again to cover it up after I confronted them about it. The manager, who initially supported their lying, backed off after I called her out. They are out to cheat you in any way they can here. Horrible, horrible business. I recently left AT&T after almost 10 years for Verizon, because of the blatant BS by this stores employees and manager. I reported them at the corporate level, which went down to the district manager as well, so hopefully they will feel it in their reviews and no bonusess. I went to the Colonial Park Mall AT&T store directly from here, and the manager told me the complete opposite info, was friendly and went out of her way to help me. Great for that store, but because AT&T puts up with lying from other stores, it taints the entire corporation. Good riddance AT&T. If you don’t want to be cheated, stay away from the Brindle Rd store! Better yet, F AT&T!
