*updating* management handled my bad experience well… I will come back because I’ve had pleasant experiences in the past & I appreciate the length the management went to making sure I was taken care of after a bad experience.

Lovely atmosphere. Great food. I ordered the Spring Garden Flatbread. It was really well proportioned toppings to a very thin yet tasty flatbread. My friend ordered a delicious Greek salad. We saw so many beautiful plates come out and be delivered to the tables around us. The food is obviously prepared with care as well as very fresh ingredients. Lots of healthy options under 500 calories. We both were really impressed and can’t wait to return. I was surprised to get the happy hour price on my flatbread.

It is a very good restaurant, I had a Curry Grouper and my girlfriend had a vegetarian Ravioli, both were awesome. I loved the way they cooked the grouper, fried rice was good, but nit the best. In overall, this place is very good, staff are super friendly.

Harvest is one of our favorite restaurants in the Harrisburg area. My boyfriend and I, both in our early 30’s, love dining at Seasons 52 in King of Prussia, so we were excited to see the Harvest open in his hometown of Susquehanna. We’ve had several late evening drinks at the bar, which we both enjoy — lovely wine selection. We’ve also dined here a few times, and really enjoy the flatbreads and burgers.

Checked in on 5÷9÷2016. Based on my recent visit to Harvest, I’m changing the rating from 4 to 5 stars! The rating is for the food and the ambiance. For a weekday and that too a Monday, there were decent number of people in the restaurant when we reached there. It was not full and hence the service was good too. The items we got were: 1) Quinoa Salad(small) — interesting combination. Loved it. The dressing provided a light flavor to the salad and individual flavors of vegetables stood out because of it. 2) Spinach Pierogi Potstickers — were tasty. I did not care for the lemon garlic crème Fraiche, but Spinach Chive Pesto was good. The Feta quantity was little more than I would prefer, but then I just left what felt extra. 3) Spicy Tofu Stir Fry — was excellent. I did not care for the pineapple, but then I do not like anything sweet in food unless it is in category of desserts. Service gets 4.5 stars. Our server was attentive and cheerful. The reason I took away half star is because I was given water in a cracked glass. When I brought it to her attention, she replaced the glass immediately. I feel that a restaurant of this level, should carefully check all their serving utensils before each service.

I went to Harvest with a few of my girlfriends for a girl’s night out. Thankfully we had made a reservation because this place was PACKED on Saturday night. Although I thought the drinks were overpriced for what you were served, the food was absolutely delicious. All five of us ordered something different and really enjoyed our meals. We tried a few of the appetizers and they were great too. To top it off, they bring around this cute little tray of dessert shooters — just the perfect size and very flavorful and rich! I would certainly go back here! PS — if you check in here on Unilocal, you get a complimentary flatbread appetizer!

Bone’s Restaurant in Atlanta. I’ve been to some pretty upscale steak houses in my 67 years. This was not one of them. For all the hullabaloo, the food was painfully average, the décor shabby(not«shabby chic…» just shabby, as in «the owner is too cheap to keep it looking good… just turns the lights down.» With the exception of the graciousness of the receptionist, the staff seemed like actors pretending to be the staff of a pretentious restaurant in a big city. Over-priced, definitely, for what we got. Avoid at all costs.

I have been here three times now. Always fresh food, great service, and a clean restaurant. I love that the menu changes, every time I go there, there’s something new to try. Save room for dessert! The desserts are amazing, and there’s always plenty of choices. They come in small jars and are all pudding-like treats that come in an assortment of flavors. I had the S’mores, and cookie dough, they were both great. I found the prices to be similar to other restaurants, not outrageous but it is on the pricier side. But, you’re paying for fresh, local, foods.

I went on the suggestion of our fearless leader, Anthony S. I had a small dinner party to arrange for work. Turns our four of us made it. Our reservation was handled greatly, we were seated despite the crush of people. It was the first day of their new spring menu taste testing. For our appetizer we had steak and local mushroom flatbread for $ 10, and a few drinks. The butternut squash soup was great(aprx $ 7) For my entrée I had the pan seared trout for $ 25 bucks. Tasted amazing. Our waiter(who for some reason looked like the jost) was super awesome. He was helpful, talkative and friendly. Total bill ended up being over $ 220 bucks, which in my opinion was money very well spent.

I feel like harvest gets a wrap for being a really expensive. I don’t think it’s all that expensive. I think the concept farm to table is a little over play these days for this place is honestly really good! Everything that was ordered at my table was good the service was excellent!

Not the warmest reception but in all fairness I turned up without a reservation. The service & food were top notch. Currently serving the winter menu the food was excellent, fresh, tasty & a melody of flavors. Our waitress, Jonette, was beyond friendly and informative. Save room for cocktails & dessert !

We ate dinner at Susquehanna Harvest last night. As always the food was wonderful. We started with the cheese sampler and Steak and mushroom Flatbread appetizers. I had the rib eye steak special and my spouse had the trout. We finished with a cappuccino each. As I said earlier the food was outstanding. I was disappointed with the timing of the food. Our main course arrived before we were finished with the appetizers. This is not the first time this has happened when we have eaten here on a weekend. It appears when the kitchen gets really really busy that they don’t know how to pace out the food. Folks don’t like to feel rushed when enjoying dinner. While I really, really like their food I will be thinking twice before making a reservation or going here to eat during the weekend. The week days staff seem to have a better handle on how to pace the food. I hope they can get the kitchen staff better at pacing otherwise I fear they will lose customers who aren’t willing to give them another shot.

Went here with my cousin to have her first 21 drink and dinner a couple of times. I didn’t realize it was a chain and it definitely didn’t give that vibe. 1) I loved the cheese selection on our plate. I recommend trying it out 2) check in and get their flat breads! They’re basically a meal and very reasonable. 3) loved the farm to table concept and lots of healthy choices

The Cedar Roasted Organic Salmon was delicious! The salmon was cooked perfectly and had the right amount of flake to it. The vegetables were steamed and the potatoes were pan cooked. The service was excellent as well. I’d recommend this restaurant for family dinners and meeting friends. Will definitely return soon

Let me start out by saying this review is based purely on service. We came in here because I enjoy exploring new places. When we got in we were told the wait would be an hour and forty five minutes. Naturally we decided to walk to the bar where there were 4 «reserved» tables where in the 30 min we waited no one say in. If you are going to tell patrons that the wait is that long, at least fill the tables. In the time we waited no one was seated that had come before us and as we were already starving we decided to call it quits. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that the food at least looked good and the décor was appealing. I wish I would have had a better experience.

Farm to table and the freshest seasonal produce? I am a fan! Modern décor really makes this place awesome! Ambiance/service: I have had many take out experiences here and finally was able to sit in. My husband and I came in for lunch. I enjoyed the ambiance. Sharply dressed patrons who appeared to be business people seem to frequent here. I’m glad my attire fit in, if not I would have felt out if place. The server/bartender was great about making recommendations and checking up on us. Towards the end of the meal, we were presented with a tiramisu/parfait tray for dessert. Tempting. But nope. Food: My chicken sandwich was tasty, and quite fresh. I was a little annoyed at the size of the fresh baguette it came in, but once I worked my way around it, I could really enjoy the fabulous mix of fresh concoctions and the creamy dressing in the center. Risotto: I ordered a pancetta risotto as a side for 1 more dollar. Creamy, flavorful, highly recommend as a side! Turkey slider: Hubby ordered the turkey sliders. The oh so good fruit jam paired with it gave me that thanksgiving dinner feeling, with a dose of spring is soon to come. Mashed taters: The mashed potatoes were very chunky, yet Creamy with a good fluffy whip texture to it. Loved it! Unilocal offer flatbread: «The so called«free» flat bread is their cheap $ 4.00 one. I did not like it at all. It was like a dry flat croûton. In its defense, it did taste very healthy. Butternut squash soup: The butternut squash soup. Wow. I will never tire of this. I always get it with a side salad for my lunches and highly recommend it. Silky, creamy goodness with seeds that give it a playful crunch. Overall, harvest is a neat place to eat. It’s healthier and you can enjoy a hearty meal, minus the guilt. Definatley great for a date or important meet. I am a fan.

Harvest is hands down a favorite of mine. I’ve been here many, many times and it’s hard to find a fault with their food or service. The waiter/waitresses are always friendly and service has generally been quick. Since I’ve been here so many times, it’s difficult to write a review on individual dishes due to their changing menu. Over time I can recall their short ribs being delicious. Steaks and all their seafood, salmon, swordfish, scallops, are always cooked to perfection. Their burgers, juicy and full of flavor. On our recent visit we ordered the rib eye special, scallops, and burger. All cooked perfectly! The one thing on this recent menu i’d shy away from ordering again would be the seafood crepes. Two small, taquito-like, crepes just isn’t very filling, nor worth the price paid. Their brunch, when they started I was excited, but I’ve been a few times for the brunch and it’s not up to par compared to their other menu items. So far I haven’t walked out of brunch satisfied. Recently we ordered the Lobster omelette, not bad, not much flavor though. Crab eggs benedict, tasty but not mind blowingly so. The breakfast burger was the best, which wasn’t a surprise, except this one had an egg on it. Nice. Most of the breakfast items also come with potatoes, however they’re usually dry and flavorless. Though I’m bashing their brunch, keep in mind that their service is still great and staff are still ever friendly. Over-all, 4.5 stars if that were a possible rating. Turn a blind eye to the brunch offerings, and I’d rate it 5 stars.

Apparently they haven’t yet grasped that high quality service is a necessary component of a high-end restaurant. Our two lunch entrees were tasty(if not remarkable), but the wait was much too long, and our server was inattentive.

Another favorite of ours. We’ve been here a dozen times or more and have had great service and food almost every time. Only one disappointing experience. I love the variety of their menu, the locally sourced aspect, and that the menu changes seasonally. The best part is that most of the selections are pretty healthy — under 500 calories unless specifically marked. They deep fry nothing and portions are moderate. Now if u love a great big pile of greasy bar food, just go somewhere else. I don’t want to forget to mention their great cocktail list which also changes with the seasons. Good quality liquor and creative concoctions! If you prefer wine, have no fear they are very well stocked with some great options. Oh and if it’s a weekend evening u will want to make a reservation.

I have been here twice now and I think I can write an accurate review now. This place has a nice atmosphere and is not too noisy. The service was also very good both times. The waiter gave us plenty of attention but did not drown us and I never had an empty drink. As for the menu it is a very healthy one with most the options having less than 500 calories. Also the menu changes for the season. For drink I had several and my favorite is the apple sangria. The food I have tried the serif fish and the pork chop and both were absolutely delicious. I would recommend to anyone that is in the area.
