Nice location to find a nice variety of hair care products. Found a decent selection of styling tools and hair clips as well. The associate was very friendly and useful.

Majority of the workers do not know what they are talking about and do not know how to assist people. I know more than them about their products. They should go through a training and not just hire anyone

I’m a noob at this bleach game. The real bleach game, not the small ones that come in those dye boxes. I mean I wanted the whole nine yards. Keep in mind that you won’t be able to buy 50 or 60 bottle without a beauty license. I mean I’m sure that stuff will turn your hair platinum but screw around & you’ll burn your hair off at the speed of light. They have make up, nail polish, hair treatment items, hair styling items & so on & so forth. The lady that helped me was nice. It was an OK experience. Not the best but not the worst. It’s a small store compared to a few other ones that I’ve been to.

I went to sallys yesterday, October 5^th, at 7:20. I’m saying the day and time so the two grown women working there can get fired. I was going in the sallys to find a hair color to dye my hair that I felt was a good fit for my skin color & to check if they had any clip-​ins that i liked. While checking out all the different choices and brands of hair dye the cashier very loudly comments «she over there looking at the hair dye» «what is she doing?» «She better just do (don’t remember) with her hair and call it a day» I found that very rude and unprofessional. On top of that another girl that was working there very sarcastically toned said «do you need any help?» Then they both chuckled. I was completely shocked because 1) their grown woman 2) because im only 16 & 3) because I couldn’t understand why I was being so rudely talked about at a volume to where it was obvious. I felt very unwelcome and uneasy and decided that I’d rather not invest my money into a place that showed no courtesy. I don’t know if it was because of my age or what but I’ll probably opt for a different place to buy hair dye and clip-​ins because it’s not just products that matter, but service plays a huge role.

Small little store with makeup, nails, hair & skin products. I like small stores just because I’m a «in & out» person, don’t want to hunt for things. The store is small, so every section is next to each other, you can’t really tell unless you’re really looking. The store wasn’t as clean as it could have been & some things weren’t stocked or pulled to the front.
Their were 2 employees that I could see in the store, one was a cashier & the other was in the stock area. Never got to be in contact with the back person, but the cashier was rude & gave me the feel that I was not welcome in «her store» lol
