I enjoy shopping for house hold items and clothing for myself the prices are great for home shopping there are beauty products there for cheap too

They have outrageously great deals and a pretty decent selection of certain items including jeans. Nothing beats buying brand new shirts and pants within the 5 to 15 dollar price range. I always find something to buy when coming here. At this particular location, the service was slightly detached and disinterested. My mother asked where the bathroom was and the lady in charge of checking items before the dressing room told her that there were no facilities available. After waiting 10 – 15 minutes in line, the cashier wouldn’t even make eye contact when making the purchase. Overall, decent store but the associates seem very apathetic.

As far as price goes, this is a go to spot. You really have to search around if you want to find cute clothes. You can’t just walk in & expect it to be categorized according to your taste to just pop right out. Gotta do some digging. They also carry really nice art canvases at really awesome prices but they go quick so if you see one you absolutely adore, BUY IT IMMEDIATELY. I found a Batman one a few days ago & I promised it I’d come back. When I came back today, it disappeared. I’m not cheap but I don’t believe in spending a load of money for a piece of clothing I probably will only wear a few times before it goes forgotten in the back of my closet somewhere. It’s a big store with a lot of clothing & things for the house so if you’ve never been to Ross, you should consider giving it a chance. That’s if you’re a patient person of course. If you’re not the searching type, well, the mall is for you then.

I was so surprised at how big this store was and how nice the items were inside they had great deals. I was able to get a tribal cardigan, and coach shoes. I loved the store so did my husband and daughter. Will visit again.

This Ross is very clean and organized. Why the 2 star? Clothes are supposed to be «designer» but looked very outdated. I really couldn’t even find a whole lot of clothes that were in my size. And the clothes that were in my size were hideous. They didn’t really have a huge selection of «need to have» shoes. I found absolutely nothing in this store that was worth investing money into. To me, Ross is just a higher funded thrift shop.

Woohoo! I got an A+ Samsonite carry-​on here for $ 80. I had seen the same for full price at $ 150 at other stores earlier this year when I was shopping for luggage then.
This is always the first place I stop when me or my family needs a new piece of luggage.

I love the Ross in heights! It’s smaller than the one in Killeen, but much nicer and cleaner. The staff is so much friendlier and happy, which spreads to the customers. Happy customers equal happy experience and return shoppers which ;) I come here a lot, and plan to continue!

New Ross in Harker Heights!
Bigger, cleaner and organized than the location in Killeen! In my opinion, I feel like there isn’t a great selection of women and baby clothing if your comparing it to the Killeen location. But I do love that it’s in Harker Heights.
