This company by far is worth the money. I had a fence installed and before it was installed i told them it was the wrong fence. They said there is nothing they can do and i am stuck with what i have. Tgey refused to look at their contract nor mine. I wouldnt waste my money

Absolutely pathetic.
1. Constant delays prior to starting construction of our fence. We understood rain delays but asked to be kept informed about changes. This request was ignored.
2. Come construction day, they put the fence in AT THE WRONG HOUSE.
3. They finally started construction and put the fencing in backwards.
4. The worker was approached by a neighbor and responded to him, «I don’t f*cking care.»
5. Finally complete, the bottom boards aren’t nailed in. Instead of calling them back to screw something else up, I’ll do it myself.
Oak tree fencing is an embarrassment to veteran owned businesses. For the premium that they charged we should not have had any of these issues.

I had a partial job done from a previous contractor and had them take it over. They had the job done but didn’t but a center row and all the boards started bowing. I had also asked about treating it so it would not turn grey as it is now. He said they could but never did. He replaced a couple planks in the first couple weeks but said he would not do any more. It was now up to me to get the wood treated and he wouldn’t do it. Bad job for a bad price since it was half started and wasn’t completed to my satisfaction.

This is bar none the WORST fencing company you can use in the area. Customer service is terrible. They will never give you an accurate time line. And good luck getting them to honor a warrantee. You cannot reach anyone in the company accept their rep Charles. He will tell you whatever he can to make you happy and follow through with none of it. I paid 7600 for a half ass job. The only thing positive I can say about the company is they use good lumber and can build a fence in a straight line. Other than that. Pure shit. Don’t waste your money! Find another company
