I love snowballs… but not these. This business has been open for a few months now and still haven’t learned how to make a good snowball. My girlfriend and I have been there a few times when we didn’t want to wait in RoBears long lines. First off, they don’t put a top on their snowballs… the ice is even with the top of the cup and by the time the syrup is applied, it is even lower. They didn’t apply enough syrup on any of the snowballs that we bought and by the time we got ¼ of the way down, we had white ice to greet us. The last time we were there we checked before we left and when we asked for more syrup, the lady wasn’t very friendly about adding some. I think we will be waiting in the heat in the long lines from now on.
